Trademark Realty Group, LLC announced today that Janice A. Mercer has purchased the company and will assume the role of owner/president.  

An active license holder since 2005, Mercer joined Trademark Realty in 2008 upon her retirement after 34 years of service with the State of Georgia. Prior to her retirement, she served as  circuit manager for Southern Judicial Circuit Child Support Enforcement and later as manager of Georgia Central Registry.

Mercer is a graduate of Thomas University with a degree in business management and also holds a Certified Public Manager Degree from University of Georgia’s Carl Vinson Institute.   

When asked about her new role Mercer commented, “I look forward to this new opportunity to focus on innovative real estate services. My experience in contracts, management, and legal background has prepared me for the challenges of today’s real estate market.
