Margrit Mueller, 66, of Unterboezberg and Moultrie, died Wednesday, July 21, 2010, at her residence in Switzerland.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, July 31, at Boezberg Church with Karin Klemm officiating. Burial will follow in the local cemetery.

Born Oct. 5, 1943, in Buhwil TG, Switzerland, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Klara Roth-Stump of Sulgen TG, Switzerland. She lived most of her life in Switzerland, with the exception of one year in London, England, and eight years in the Unites States, four years of which, most notably, were in Moultrie, where she was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her husband, Heinrich Mueller; her son, Felix Paul Mueller; her daughter, Katharina Gabriele Gerzner-Mueller and husband Stefan; two grandchildren, Gwendolyn and Samuel Gerzner; her brother, Hans Rudolf Roth and wife Verena; and her sister, Brigitte Hausmann and husband Kurt.

Her family said, “Her kindness and hospitality was unsurpassed and will be missed by a host of friends and family.”

Memorial donations may be made to the Colquitt County Arts Center.
