The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Elgin Davis was charged with violation of probation and was sentenced to 22 days jail.

Tasheena Johnson was charged with speeding 63 in a 45, no proof of insurance, 2 counts of safety belts violation (children), noise violation (loud music from vehicle), driving with suspended tag, giving false name/address/date of birth to officer, permitting unlicensed to drive and 6 counts contempt and sentenced to 20 days jail and $1,661.

Derrick Donta Key was charged with violation of probation and sentenced to 50 days jail or $1,466.

Ronald Lewis was charged with trespassing, duty to obey police officer and public drunk and sentenced to 10 days jail.

Jerri Pero was charged with shoplifting and sentenced to 23 days jail, 12 months probation and banned from Murphy’s or pay $650.

James Howell Sellers Jr. was charged with violation of probation and sentenced to pay $326 or 10 days jail.

Dechane Williams was charged with giving false name/address/date of birth to officer, violation of probation and no driver’s license and sentenced to pay $1,818 or 35 days jail.

Timothy Lee Barrett was charged with no driver’s license and contempt and sentenced to pay $500 and 12 months probation.

Benjamin Garcia was charged with DUI, no driver’s license and running red light and sentenced to pay $1,325, 8 day jail, 12 months probation, 60 hours community service and risk reduction.

Arsenio Hernandez was charged with no driver’s license and tag light required and sentenced to 11 days jail.

Crystal Genice Thomas was charged with disorderly conduct and giving false name/address/date of birth to officer and sentenced to 12 days jail.
