CLEWISTON, Fla. — David Jasper Harrell, 69, of Clewiston, Fla., and formerly of Moultrie, died Saturday, Dec. 20, 2008 in Fort Pierce, Fla.
Graveside rites will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, at Westview Cemetery with the Rev. Ron Shiver officiating.
Born April 28, 1939, in Moultrie, he was the son of the late Henry Porter Harrell and Flora Mae Rooks Harrell. He served in the United States Air Force and was a sugar boiler employed by United States Sugar Corporation until retiring in 2001.
Survivors include his wife, Willine Murphy Harrell of Clewiston, Fla.; a daughter, Connie L. Fullard and husband Ricky of Hollow Rock, Tenn.; two brothers, Henry P. “Jim” Harrell Jr. and wife Mary of Pine Island, Fla., and Clyde Harrell and wife Peggy of Moultrie; two sisters, Joyce Dykes and husband Joe of Littleton, N.C., and Nell Deariso and husband Hope of Moultrie; stepchildren, Randall Kelley Jr., Bridgett Glisson and Renee Oneal, all of Clewiston, and Tina Kelley of Sealy, Texas; and nine stepgrandchildren.
Cobb Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
