MOULTRIE — Two juvenile boys, apparently fighting with each other at Wal-Mart Saturday afternoon, were separated by another customer.
Officers were called to Wal-Mart by store personnel related to the fight and possible kidnapping at about 6:10 p.m. Saturday. Officers spoke with Baudilio Martinez, and he stated he began wandering around the store after getting separated from his family.
As Martinez wandered, a second juvenile boy began to follow him around, police reports stated. The boy then grabbed Martinez, took him to the bathroom and allegedly tried to put Martinez’s head into a toilet bowl.
The boy then grabbed Martinez by the shirt and dragged him to the front of the store. A customer came up and asked the boy if he was taking his brother out, and Martinez stated he did not know the other boy. The customer then grabbed Martinez, and the other boy ran from the store, the reports stated.
The boy was described as a white or Hispanic male between 13 and 15 years old. He has curly brown hair and was last seen wearing a red shirt and blue jeans. Martinez left the store with his mother, and a Moultrie police investigator attempted to get store security tapes to continue the investigation.
