Eva Pauline Turnage Hanes

MOULTRIE — Eva Pauline Turnage Hanes, 74, of Moultrie died Thursday, March 29, 2007, at Sunrise Nursing Home.

Graveside rites will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 1, at Cobb Suncrest Memorial Gardens.

Born May 10, 1932, in McCormick, S.C., Mrs. Hanes was the daughter of the late Paul Turnage and the late Cora Ramsey Turnage. She was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Hanes.

Survivors include three sons, Russell Hanes and wife Deloris and Robert Hanes Jr., all of Moultrie, and Albert Hanes of Toledo, Ohio; a daughter, Debra Hanes of Toledo, Ohio; seven grandchildren, Tenille Dell, Robert Hanes, Daniel Lieter, Christopher Moore, Jason Valerius, Joshua Hanes and Maria Hanes; and nine great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, April 1, at the funeral home.

Cobb Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

MOULTRIE — Linda LaFaye Dempsey Spears, 59, of 977 Annie McGee Road, died Friday, March 30, 2007, at Brownwood Nursing Home.

No formal services will be held.
