Eddie Fuller
MOULTRIE — Mr. Eddie Fuller, 65, of Moultrie died Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2003, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22, at Luke Strong and Son Chapel with the Rev. Charles Edward Hadley officiating. Burial will be in the St. James Pallbearers Cemetery No. 2. Pallbearers will be the nephews of Mr. Fuller.
Born Aug. 1, 1937, in Dooly County, Mr. Fuller was the son of Mrs. Emma J. Hadley and the late R.C. Fuller. He was a farmer and of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by one son, Eddie Fuller Jr.
Survivors include his wife, Bessie Mae Fuller of Moultrie; his loving mother, Emma Jane Hadley of Moultrie; one son, Michael R. Fuller of Albany; four daughters, Delphine Lowery, Sharon Burks, Knighton Hill and April Esther, all of Moultrie; two brothers, L.C. Hadley of Moultrie and the Rev. Charles E. Hadley of Tallahassee, Fla.; eight sisters, Helen Phillips, Viva Broome, Joy Lewis, all of Vienna, Maggie Lee Sanders, Bessie Lee McGeachy, Eveline Hadley, Margie Lee Alford, all of Moultrie, and Betty Jean Hudson of New York, N.Y.; and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
Luke Strong and Son Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
Flossie J. Anderson
MOULRIE — Mrs. Flossie J. Anderson of Moultrie died Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2003, at the Woodlands at Cobblestone.
Arrangements will be announced by Luke Strong and Son Mortuary.
O.V. Marshall
HAHIRA — Elder O.V. Marshall, 92, of Hahira died Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2003, at South Georgia Medical Center.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 21, at Salem Primitive Baptist Church. Burial will be in Woodlawn City Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Fleeta Futch Marshall; three sons, Thad Marshall, Dwight Marshall and Wade Marshall; a daughter, Brenda Wetherington; a sister, Aliff Knight; 15 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
Boone-Lipsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Ormond Kirk
NORMAN PARK — Ormond Kirk of Norman Park died Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2003, at his residence.
Arrangements will be announced by Cobb Funeral Chapel.
Emmit Smiley
MOULTRIE — Mr. Emmit Smiley, 83, of Moultrie died Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2003, at the V.A. Hospital in Lake City, Fla.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22, at Luke Strong and Son Chapel with Supt. J.W. Lewis officiating. Burial will be in the St. James Pallbearers Cemetery No. 2.
Born Sept. 12, 1919, in Mitchell County, Mr. Smiley was the son of the late Frank Smiley and Linnie Gains Smiley. He was a retired business owner. Mr. Smiley was a World War II veteran, serving in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of the American Legion Post 533.
He was preceded in death by a son, Charlie C. Woodley, and two brothers, Earnest Smiley and Frank Smiley.
Survivors include his loving wife, Juanita Smiley; four daughters, Nawanna Smiley of Trenton, N.J., Regina Smiley, Vernita Smiley-Moore and husband Greg, all of Moultrie, and Kerron Golbourne of Orlando, Fla.; a brother, R.C. Smiley of Philadelphia, Pa.; 20 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.

Annie Ree Henry Anderson Hatcher
MOULTRIE — Annie Ree Henry Anderson Hatcher, 89, died Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2003, at Sunrise Nursing Home.
Arrangements will be announced by Cobb Funeral Chapel.
