Lawmen make numerous arrests

MOULTRIE — At least 22 people, some of the them teen-agers, were arrested over the weekend on a wide assortment of charges.

They included:

– A 16-year-old girl was charged Sunday with theft by shoplifting.

– Maria Santibanez Martinez, 36, of 628 Lawrence Road, was charged Sunday with no proof of insurance and driving without a license.

– A 15-year-old boy was charged Saturday with theft by shoplifting.

– Two 16-year-old boys were charged Friday with illegal possession of alcohol and trespassing.

– A 16-year-old boy was charged Friday with possession of marijuana less than one ounce and trespassing.

– A 14-year-old boy was charged Friday with being an unruly child.

– James Lee Clayton, 17, of 1807 West Blvd., was charged Friday with theft by shoplifting and trespassing.

– Donna Ann Johnson, 40, of Box 10, Route 1, in Pryer, Okla., was charged Friday with possession of marijuana less than one ounce, an open container violation, interference with police and parole violation.

– Michael Allen McMurphy, 43, of 6495 County Line Road in Pelham, was charged Friday with interference with police, an open container violation, driving without a license and defective equipment.

– Dewane Jackson, 19, of 600 Fourth St. S.W., was charged Friday with battery (family violence).

– Juan Carlos Santana, 31, of 174 Roy Price Road, was charged Saturday with failure to yield at an intersection and driving with a suspended license.

– Esau Tavarez, 20, of 102 WMTM Road, was charged Saturday with driving without a license (third offense).

– Eloe Esquivel, 28, of 1513 Seventh St. S.W., was charged Saturday with driving without a license and lights required.

– Leo Jeroid Hightower, 19, of 726 Joe Lewis Ave., was charged Saturday with driving without a license, failure to stop for a stop sign, lights required and leaving the scene of an accident with damage.

– Justin Ybarra, 17, of 122 Cherry Ave., was charged Sunday with an open container violation, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without a current plate and purchase or possession of alcohol by a minor.

– Aristeo Roblero Deleon, 30, of 1311 Overlook Drive, was charged Sunday with battery.- Toledo Roblero Deleon, 23, of 1311 Overlook Drive, was charged Sunday with battery.

– Jeffery Allen Edmonds, 19, of 1419 Gene McQueen Road, was charged Sunday with DUI, purchase or possession of alcohol by a minor and speeding.

– Valorie Mitchell, 25, of 417 11th Court S.E., was charged Sunday with making terroristic threats and acts.

– William Lee Hill, 26, of 1802 Snapfinger Drive in Tifton, was charged Sunday with simple assault, reckless conduct and cruelty to children.

– Rodney Mills, 37, of 3407 Highway 319 North in Norman Park, was charged Sunday with simple battery and two counts of cruelty to children (second degree).

– Clifford Andrew Ricke, 39, of 1726 Highway 133 North, was charged Friday with making terroristic threats and acts, three counts of simple battery, disorderly conduct and cruelty to children.
