Overturned semi truck on Ga. Hwy. 111, near the Mitchell County, line has both lanes of traffic closed. The truck is blocking the lanes lenghthwise across the road. The driver of the semi was taken to CRMC. The driver of a Chervolet camper truck, involved in the accident, was uninjured. Moultrie Police Department chaplain the Rev. Steve Scarrow, left, and MPD Cpl. Underwood is indicating the five names on Colquitt County's fallen officers monument, Doerun Police Officer Lawrence O'Neal, shot to death in 1959; Moultrie Police Officer Roy James, shot to death in 1960; Georgia Department of Revenue Agent Daniel Hancock, who died in a vehicle wreck during a pursuit in 1962; MPD Lt. Tommy Meredith, shot to death in 1973; and Colquitt County Sheriff's Deputy Tony Wilder, shot to death in 1986.
