MOULTRIE —
After two rainouts, the Colquitt County middle school soccer teams were finally able to play matches on Thursday and they came up with a split against visiting Hahira at Packer Park.

“We got to work on positioning and movement, but it was a good start.”
Marion has divided his large group of players into Blue and Red teams.
The middle school Lady Packers fell to Hahira 2-0.
“We looked good in the midfield and at forward until it was time to shoot,” coach Ashley Hill said of his young team.
Hill said he was pleased that he was able to get all 22 of his players on the field.
The Packers and Lady Packers will go on the road twice next week: at Thomas County Central on Monday an at Lowndes on Thursday.
