MOULTRIE — Former Moss Farms divers Hannah Moore and Anna Aguero took first-place finishes when the Georgia and Auburn swimming and diving teams squared off in Auburn last Friday.
The No. 1-ranked Lady Bulldogs won 134-104.
The No. 5-ranked Auburn men got a split for the Tigers by defeating the Bulldogs 130-111.
Moore put nine points on the board for the Lady Bulldogs when she won the 1-meter springboard competition with a 290.25.
Aguero got three points for Auburn when she finished third on 3-meter with a NCAA Zone-qualifying score 283.65.
Aguero, a sophomore from Colquitt County also took first on 3-meter with a Zone and personal-best score of 324.15.
Aguero finished the day with another Zone score on the 1-meter, taking third with 283.65 points.
Moore was third on 3-meter with a 302.03.
Georgia’s Owen Blank, another former Moss Farms diver, placed second on 1-meter with a 311.55, getting four points for the Bulldogs.
Blank was third on 3-meter with a 286.05.
Georgia will compete next in the Georgia Invitational on Dec. 4-6 at the Gabrielsen Natatorium.
Auburn will go to the Texas Invitational on Dsec. 3-5.
