MOULTRIE — Jose Zunun won all three of his matches by pins, but the Colquitt County wrestling team fell to Lee County, Westover and Bainbridge on Tuesday at the Pineland gymnasium.
In the 53-25 loss to Lee County, Zunun at 103, Bryce Giddens at 285 and Beau Weathers at 160 won by pin.
Taylor Huite won a 15-12 decision at 171 and Tommy Marshall took a 15-7 major decision at 215.
Colquitt lost to Westover 57-24.
Zunun, Giddens, Marshall and Dillon Underwood, at 189, each won by pin for the Packers.
Colquitt was edged by Bainbridge 39-33.
Huite, Antonio Slaughter at 152 and Cason Conger at 125 got pins for the Packers.
Zunun, wrestling at 112, won by an 8-6 decision.
Underwood and Matthew Deal, who was at 103, won by forfeit.
The Packers will compete in the Region 1-AAAAA duals tournament on Saturday at the Lowndes High gymnasium.
The top two teams will advance to the state duals, to be held Jan. 16-17 in Macon.
