Dear editor:
At 8:25 a.m., Aug. 21, we were stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire.
Gary and I were on our way to the doctor’s office in Albany and then on to Phoebe Putney Hospital to admit Gary.
The flat tire occurred on Highway 112. Due to his illness, Gary could not change the tire. We started praying for God to send us an angel. God answered our prayer with two angels. The Rev. Bobby Brown and Mr. Tony Crosby of Bridgeboro.
We made our appointment on time because God looks after his children, especially in difficult times.
Thanks to both of our angels and thanks to all of you who prayed for Gary during his illness. God is truly gracious, loving and caring, and we are privileged to know Him as our Savior and Comforter.
