What message?
“OK, so now taxes are going up at the federal level. We knew that was coming if Obama got elected. The state is trying to find new revenue and now here is our city trying to get in on the action. Please, we don't need to pay more of these high taxes. Are you trying to chase people out of Moultrie? What message is being sent?"
Packer history
“The first Packer game ever played was on Oct. 13, 1913.
So, 2013 will be 100 years of Packer football."
Crow is fine
“Crow is fine, it tastes like chicken! At least the ones who supported Romney had the backbone to stand up to what is right. Yeah we might be enjoying our crow/chicken a lot. It's ok. We aren't going to throw this country to Middle East like some people want to do. I am happy to see some of the cuts that I am hearing about. TIP... bye Obama Phone! It shouldn't have been out there to start with. I can see the elderly or ones with major medical issues, not the little 13 year old with one because ‘it's free."
Be advised
“To the person wanting to break in houses on Earnest Norman Rd.: Please be advised that our doors are locked for your protection not ours.We handle our own out here and if caught or seen will be handled accordingly! Just know there are a lot of backwoods out here."
Applause
“Thank you Arts Center, (and sponsors), for bringing the New Harmonies: Celebrating American Roots Music, to our little town of Moultrie. I just had the opportunity to walk through it, and it was well worth the visit. I encourage everyone to visit!!!"
Irony
“It's funny to me that all of the states who are most upset about the election and want to secede are the states who receive the most federal funding. Some people don't see the forest for the trees."
Deal with it
“I graduated from CCHS in 2006 and have moved far away from Moultrie. Whenever I read the rants and raves, particularly in recent days since the election, I am forever grateful that I don't have to live with so many mouth-breathing, hateful simpletons anymore. The GOP lost. Deal with it."
Boring?
“To the person who thinks Moultrie is boring, please leave our city, we have enough people that move here and complains about our city that we all grew up in. You should check with your local Chamber of Commerce to find where you can enjoy yourself or maybe volunteer with one of the local non profits. Why be so negative about a place where you live. God is the first place you should seek. That is what we believe here in Moultrie. We are Georgia Grown!"
