Debbie Denise Durrance Palmer

NORMAN PARK — Debbie Denise Durrance Palmer, 55, of Moultrie, died Monday, Feb. 6, 2012, at her residence.

Funeral services will be held 4 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 8, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Steve Purvis officiating, assisted by the Rev. Ricky Purvis. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery with Michael Bachelor, Richard Bachelor, Gary Bachelor, Tim Harbin, Kenny Cantrell, John Cantrell, Randy Prosser and Mathew Weeks serving as pallbearers.

Born Aug. 28, 1956, in Moultrie, she was the daughter of the late Jesse James Durrance and Mary Hardin Durrance. She was a homemaker and of the Holiness faith.

She was preceded in death by sisters, Betty Jean Lamb, Joyce Nelms and Clara Gail Durrance.

Survivors include her husband, Coy Lee Palmer of Norman Park; a son, Jessie Lee Palmer of Norman Park; daughters, Candie Denise Flitcraft and husband Eric of Norman Park and Hannah Lynn Carroll and fiancé Christopher Lee Linsley of Norman Park; brothers, Bobby Durrance of Cairo, Ga., and James Durrance and wife Margaret of Ray City, Ga.; sisters, Carolyn Smith of Norman Park, Mary Ann Bachelor of Hartsfield and Mattie Jo Harbin of Norman Park; and five grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m., on Wednesday, at the funeral home.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
