Ann Zorn Kling

Ann Zorn Kling, age 70, formerly of Dalton, Ga., and Waycross, Ga., died Friday, Aug. 24, 2012, at her residence.
Graveside rites will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28, from Oakland Cemetery in Waycross, Ga.
Mrs. Kling was born on June 28, 1942, in Tifton, Ga., to the late O’Neal Zorn and Esther Smith Zorn. She was a graduate of Waycross High School and attended the University of Georgia, and she was of the Christian faith.
“Ann was a much loved mother, grandmother and friend to many,” her family shared. She was a thoughtful, caring person with a great since of humor, her family remembers of her.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Tommy Zorn.
Survivors include a daughter, Kappy Kling of Evergreen, Colo.; two sons and daughters-in-law, George Kling and wife Julie of Evergreen, Colo., and James Kling and wife Angie of Moultrie; five grandchildren, Amber Kling, Thomas Kling, Peyton Kling, Jami Kling and Katie Ann Tullis; a sister and brother-in-law, Mary Z. Bates and husband Robert of Athens, Ga.; an nephew, Neal Bates; and an aunt, Fields Hudson of Orlando, Fla.
Cobb Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with the arrangments.
