MOULTRIE —
The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:
Tommie Watson, 71, was charged with improper backing. Bond was forfeited.
Kathy Marie Williams, 34, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended or revoked and driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag. Williams was fined a total of $1,088 and sentenced to 12 months probation.
Latisma Shandrell Williams, 31, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.
Patricia Williams, 50, pleaded no contest to shoplifting and was fined $650, sentenced to 6 days jail and 12 months probation, and banned from Save-A-Lot.
Mary Baker Wright, 60, was charged with improper lane/not proper position. Bond was forfeited.
Joseph Alexander Ybarra, 40, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.
Esthel Amorita Boatwright, 24, pleaded no contest to speeding (69 in a 55) and pleaded guilty to expired tag and no license on person. Including fees for contempt of court, she was fined a total of $550 and was sentenced to 12 months probation.
Sandra Denise Johnson, 44, was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.
John Daniel Parris, 46, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.
David Manuel Vargas, 47, was charged with animal restraint violation. Bond was forfeited.
Blake Calvin Braswell, 30, was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.
Ellis Jeremiah Shannon, 24, was charged with speeding (69 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.
Israel Lamar Shaw, 26, was charged with no license on person. Bond was forfeited.
Evelyn May Simpson, 50, was charged with speeding (66 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.
Selena Lasha Tucker, 30, pleaded guilty to driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag and no license on person and was fined $322 and sentenced to 6 months probation.
Sabrina Victoria Baker, 23, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and was fined $875 and sentenced to 12 months probation.
Amanda R. Bryant, 38, was charged with shoplifting. Surety bond was forfeited.
Lascivious Tymareus Clark, 22, pleaded guilty to possession of an ounce or less of marijuana. Clark was ordered to pay $600 or serve 21 days jail.
Phyllis Katerina McNeil, 32, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain lane and was fined $109 and sentenced to 3 months probation.
Alicia Renee Neloms, 35, was found not guilty of failure to stop at a stop sign.
Jacqueline Lawan Pugh, 42, pleaded guilty to driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag adn was fined $311 and sentenced to 4 months probation.
James Norman Robinson, 49, pleaded no contest to speeding (73 in a 55) and was fined $130 and sentenced to 3 months probation.
Davis Alexander Sloan, 19, was charged with possession of an ounce or less of marijuana. Surety bond was forfeited.
A charge of failure to yield when entering/crossing a roadway was dismissed against Willard Clifton Smith, 82.
Sonja Tatum, 24, was found guilty of disorderly conduct. Tatum was fined $325, sentenced to 12 months probation, ordered to attend the Thinking Outside the Box class, and ordered to stay away from Jeona Williams.
A charge of disordelry conduct was dismissed against Terrance Thomas, 29.
Jeona Williams, 20, was found guilty of disorderly conduct. Williams was fined $325, sentenced to 12 months probation and 90 hours community service, ordered to get employment within 30 days, ordered to attend the anger management class and ordered to stay away from Sonja Tatum.
