The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Michael Anthony Cody was charged with violation of probation and sentenced to 28 days jail.
Schvosky Collins was charged with disorderly conduct and illegal possession of alcohol by minor and sentenced to 12 days jail and work program.
Abrielle Carroll Davis was charged with violation of probation and sentenced to 31 days jail.
Aree Ree Howard was charged with duty to obey police officer, resisting arrest, public drunk and disorderly conduct and sentenced to 22 days jail.
Norris McClendon was charged with disorderly conduct and contempt and sentenced to pay $800 and 30 days jail.
Mark Anthony Sealy was charged with DUI and sentenced to pay $825, 1 day jail, 12 months probation, 60 hours community service and risk reduction program. Also Sealy was charged with open container violation.
Victor Manuel Aguas was charged with open container violation. Bond was forfeited.
