Municipal Court for the March 17 edition

The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Ana Encisco Chavez was charged with violation of probation and sentenced to 64 days jail.

Michael Anthony Cody was charged with violation of probation and sentenced to 28 days jail.

Schvosky Collins was charged with disorderly conduct and illegal possession of alcohol by minor and sentenced to 12 days jail and work program.

Abrielle Carroll Davis was charged with violation of probation and sentenced to 31 days jail.

Aree Ree Howard was charged with duty to obey police officer, resisting arrest, public drunk and disorderly conduct and sentenced to 22 days jail.

Norris McClendon was charged with disorderly conduct and contempt and sentenced to pay $800 and 30 days jail.

Mark Anthony Sealy was charged with DUI and sentenced to pay $825, 1 day jail, 12 months probation, 60 hours community service and risk reduction program. Also Sealy was charged with open container violation.

Victor Manuel Aguas was charged with open container violation. Bond was forfeited.

Terrence Rashad Alexander was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuana and illegal possession of alcohol by minor and sentenced to pay $1,000, 12 months probation and drug screening.

Justin Mac Allen was charged with no proof of insurance and driving with suspended tag and sentenced to pay $752 and 12 months probation.

Jose L. Aponte was charged with DUI and sentenced to pay $825, 1 day jail, 12 months probation, risk reduction and 60 hours community service.

Kenneth Ray Bates was charged with illegal possession of alcohol by minor and public drunk. Bond was forfeited.

Willie Bender Jr. was charged with public drunk and disorderly conduct. Bond was forfeited.

Derrick Dewayne Brown was charged with speeding 59 in a 45 and sentenced to pay $104.

Cristobal Camarena was charged with expired driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Eddy Castro was charged with failure to maintain lane. Bond was forfeited.

Charles Alan Coleman was charged with speeding 61 in a 45. Bond was forfeited.

Sarah Katherine Collins was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Carlos Corona was charged with no driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Stephanie Michele Cronk was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Alisha Rebecca Croy was charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane and sentenced to pay $934, 1 day jail, 12 months probation, risk reduction and 60 hours community service.

Sandra Perales Deleon was charged with no proof of insurance, driving with suspended tag and speeding 68 in a 55 and sentenced to pay 1,065 and 12 months probation.

Bonnie S. Demott was charged with speeding 48 in a 35. Bond was forfeited.

George Demott was charged with open container violation and DUI and 48 days jail.

Holly Alana Dupress was charged with speeding 50 in a 35. Bond was forfeited.

Veronica Lashea Edwards was charged with driving with suspended tag and no proof of insurance and sentenced to pay $752 and 12 months probation.

Brian Franklin Fielding was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

James Fountain III was charged with failure to yield when entering/crossing roadway. Bond was forfeited.

Ryan French was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Mary Joe Fuller was charged with open container violation and sentenced to pay $207.

Emilio Larios Garcia was charged with no driver’s license and head light requirements and sentenced to pay $578.

Olga L. Garcia was charged with speeding 60 in a 45. Bond was forfeited.

Shelia V. Gardner was charged with speeding 60 in a 45. Bond was forfeited.

Beverly Kay Goodman was charged with failure to yield after stop/stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Lisa Michelle Guinn was charged with disorderly conduct and sentenced to pay $325, 10 months probation and no contact with Kirby Lynch.

Karen Lashun Harrison was charged with malicious mischief and disorderly conduct and sentenced to $650 and 12 months probation.

Javier Hernandez was charged with open container violation. Bond was forfeited.

Alfonso Intzin was charged with no driver’s license, no proof of insurance, expired tag, use of tag to conceal identity, no driver’s license, following too closely, safety belts violation (children) and failure to stop for accident with damage. Bond was forfeited.

Marshall Jenkins was charged with display of license plates, which was dismissed, and ordered to pay a $10 court fee.

William Lamar Jenkins was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Raymundo Jimenez was charged with failure to stop at stop sign, DUI and no driver’s license. Signed bond was forfeited.

Mary Johnson was charged with disorderly conduct and sentenced to pay $325 and 10 months probation.

Tiffany Joyce Johnson was charged with speeding 68 in a 55. Bond was forfeited.

Xavier Martel Johnson was charged with driving while license was suspended/revoked and sentenced to pay $1,296, 12 months probation and job search.

Eric Jones was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Melinda Faye Kent was charged with shoplifting. Signed bond was forfeited.

Frederick M. Key was charged with light reducing materials affixed to windows. Bond was forfeited.

Danny Lee King was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuana, DUI and taillights/lenses required and sentenced to pay $3,853, 12 months probation, 10 days jail, drug screening, risk reduction, interlock device, $25 dollar ad, 150 hours community service and declared habitual violator.

Dezmond L. King was charged with discharging firearm in city limits. Bond was forfeited.

Daryl Kinsey Jr. was charged with DUI and sentenced to pay $825, 1 day jail, 12 months probation, 60 hours community service and risk reduction. Also Kinsey was charged with tag light required and expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

James Edward Knight was charged with improper left or right turn. Bond was forfeited.

Nettie Pearl Lawton was charged with speeding 59 in a 45 and expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Ronald Stewart Long Jr was charged with improper lane change/not proper position. Bond was forfeited.

Kirby Lynch Jr. was charged with disorderly conduct and sentenced to no contact with Lisa Guinn and 20-day work program.

Sheree Marshall was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Kathy Sangster Martin was charged with open container violation. Bond was forfeited.

Veronica Martinez was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Calvin Lynn McCracken was charged with speeding 70 in a 55. Bond was forfeited.

Ashley M. Mead was charged with speeding 56 in a 45. Bond was forfeited.

Roderick Keith Merrix was charged with speeding 71 in a 55. Bond was forfeited.

Joseph Wesley Morton was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Kendra Mosher was charged with wrong class of driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Yolanda Denise Nathan was charged with speeding 72 in a 55. Bond was forfeited.

Julia G. Odell was charged with failure to yield while turning left. Bond was forfeited.

Steven Andrew Palmer was charged with illegal possession of alcohol by minor, resisting arrest, DUI, failure to maintain lane and no driver’s license and sentenced to pay $2,384 and 12 months probation 1 day jail, risk reduction and 60 hours community service.
