Municipal Court for the Nov. 7 edition

MOULTRIE — The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Tommie Lee Griffin, 58, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Antoinette M. Guemez, 47, pleaded guilty to unlawful use of license and driving while license suspended/revoked. Guemez was fined a total of $1,166 and sentenced to 18 months probation.

Juan Martin Hacinto, 30, pleaded guilty to driver exercise due care, no driver's license, DUI and open container violation. Hacinto was fined a total of $1,557; was sentenced to 1 day jail, 24 months probation and 60 hours community service; and was ordered to attend the Risk Reduction Program and Victims Impact Panel.

Dequin Marquise Harris, 21, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Jova'n Romi'er Harris, 19, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited. A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed.

Roberto Hernandez, 39, was charged with public drunk. Bond was forfeited.

Joshua Michael Hilton, 26, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Creandal L. Howard, 21, pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Howard was fined $650; sentenced to 5 days jail and 12 months probation; and banned from Walmart.

Shonda Harris Jackson, 39, was charged with improper lane/not proper position. Bond was forfeited.

Lorena Jimenez, 23, pleaded guilty to no driver's license, no brake lights/working turn signal, no proof of insurance and use of tag to conceal identity. Jimenez was fined a total of $1,269.

Roger Konrad Jones, 50, was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Tekeshia Belinda Jones, 28, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Charles Edward Knight, 82, was charged with expired driver's license. Bond was forfeited.

Rebecca Ann Lawson, 22, was charged with speeding (74 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Kimberly Lee, 34, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $325 and sentenced to 4 months probation.

Jose Manuel Leon, 21, was charged with tag light required and no driver's license. Bond was forfeited.

Toni Madison, 31, was charged with safety belts violation (adults) Bond was forfeited.

Lee Banyon Malone, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Michael David Mathews, 20, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Alexandra S. McCracken, 18, was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Selenda LeAnn McDonald, 26, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

William Nicholas Mobley, 17, was charged with speeding (69 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Timothy Britt Morgan, 49, was charged with speeding (66 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Tammie Morissette, 49, was charged with public drunk. Bond was forfeited.

Kimatki Arkyle Moye, 33, pleaded no contest to operating an unsafe vehicle and driving while license suspended/revoked. Moye was fined a total of $881 and sentenced to 12 months probation.

Janice Gay Parker, 72, was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Gitaben V. Patel, 52, was charged with speeding (52 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

Derrick Jerome Peterson, 28, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $325 and sentenced to 12 months probation.

Kristen Danielle Price, 19, pleaded guilty to failure to stop for an accident with damage. Price was fined $699 and sentenced to 12 months probation.

Becky Lynn Raburn, 25, was charged with speeding (58 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

James Nelson Radney, 63, was charged with speeding (72 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

John Randal Redmond, 47, was charged with speeding (65 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Nahar Netsach Reid, 24, was charged with speeding (52 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

James Milton Rhodes, 44, was charged with two counts of safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Alexander Rice, 22, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $325 and sentenced to 5 months probation.
