Municipal Court for the Feb. 10 edition


The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

April Marie Pinkerton was charged with acceptable identification, which was dismissed.

Torrence Tyrone Pinkins was charged with failure to stop for accident with damage and reckless driving and was sentenced to pay $1,217 and 12 months probation.

Heather Alaine Pittman was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Kelvin Gerald Pollard was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Yirlania Laureen Quesada was charged with light-reducing materials affixed to windows. Bond was forfeited.

Teodora C. Ramsey was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Pedro Enrique Rivera was charged with view obstructed (windshield/other), possession of ounce or less of marijuana and no driver’s license and was sentenced to pay $1,178 and 12 months probation.

Francisco Sanchez was charged with no driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Kenneth A. Seay was charged with too fast for conditions. Bond was forfeited.

Lauro Jose Sebastian was charged with no driver’s license and failure to maintain lane. Bond was forfeited.

Antar Singh was charged with furnishing alcohol to underage person and sentenced to pay $600, 5 months probation and 40 hours community service. Singh was also charged with acceptable identification of patrons, which was dismissed.

Jason Henry Smith was charged with improper transfer of license plate/decal. Bond was forfeited.

Debra Willis Spence was charged with improper lane change/not proper position. Bond was forfeited.

Shontika Renae Staley was charged with light-reducing materials affixed to windows. Bond was forfeited.

Jonsalene Stokes was charged with failure to yeield when entering/crossing roadway. Bond was forfeited.

Anne Kathryn Stone was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Horace Lee Tabor was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Chiquita Yashica Taylor was charged wih acceptable identification of patrons, which was dismissed. Also Taylor was charged with furnishing alcohol to underage person and sentenced to pay $600, 5 months probation and 40 hours of community service.

Joseph Blake Thomas was charged with illegal possession of alcohol by minor and was sentenced to pay $400, 10 months probation and 20-page report on alcohol.

Eucebia Torres was charged with no driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Marcos Valega was charged with acceptable identification of patrons, which was dismissed. Also Valega was charged with furnishing alcohol to underage person and sentenced to pay $600, 5 months probation and 40 horus community service.

Elaine Vaughn was charged with acceptable identification of patrons, which was dismissed. Also she was charged with furnishing alcohol to underage person and sentenced to pay $600, 5 months probation and 40 hours community service.

Juan Vicente was charged with no driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Daniel Oliver Waldon was charged with 2 counts violation of probation, which were paid in full.

Larry Anderson was charged with safety belts violation (adults) and contempt. Bond was forfeited.

Donnie Lane Arrington was charged with failure to stop at stop sign and contempt. Bond was forfeited.

Julie Beth Clark was charged with following too closely and contempt. Bond was forfeited.

Tafarian Sandtrell Lewis was charged with 2 counts safety belts (children) and sentenced to pay $50.

Jerry Lovett was charged with shoplifting and sentenced to 23 days jail and get GED.

Freddie Lee Maxwell was charged with failure to yield after stop/stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Chicola Burdon was charged with vicious animals running at large and sentenced to pay $350.

Alice Burton was charged with disorderly conduct and sentenced to 12 months probation and $500.

Timothy Paul Coble Jr. was charged with public drunk and disorderly conduct, which were dismissed.

Shavensky Collins was charged with disorderly conduct and sentenced to pay $325 and 12 months probation.

Sheila Yvonne Collins was charged with duty to obey police officer and sentenced to pay $400 and 12 months probation. Also Collins was charged with interference with a police officer and sentenced to pay $500.

Cagney Jermaine Frier was charged with shoplifting $650, 5 days jail, 12 months probation and banned from Walmart.

Keisha Marie Hiers was charged with safety belts violation (children), failure to stop at stop sign and 2 counts contempt and sentenced
