Municipal Court for the Oct. 31 edition

MOULTRIE — The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Derrick Anderson, 37, was found guilty of violation of probation and ordered to pay $504 or serve 18 days jail. On a second accusation of probation violation, Anderson pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 18 days jail.

Willie Omar Butts, 22, pleaded guilty to possession of an ounce or less of marijuana, giving false name/address/date of birth to officer and safety belts violation (adults). Butts was sentenced to 83 days jail.

Maria del Carmen Chavez, 32, pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was ordered to pay $2,557 or serve 85 days jail.

Frank Allen Perkins Jr., 41, was found guilty of violation of probation and was ordered to pay $840 or serve 3 days jail.

Rita Rodriguez, 40, pleaded guilty to safety belts violation (adults) and was fined $15 plus $100 for contempt of court and was sentenced to 13 days jail plus 3 days for contempt.

Demetrius Nelson Smith, 20, pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was sentenced to 13 days jail.

Cheryl Sheri Swain, 45, pleaded no contest to shoplifting and was fined $650 plus $100 for contempt, sentenced to 30 days jail and banned from Walmart.

Norge Esminoza Alejo, 42, was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

James Rone Alewine, 41, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Benjamin Albert Allen, 25, pleaded guilty to DUI, failure to maintain lane and open container violation. Allen was fined a total of $1,066; was sentenced to 1 day jail, 16 months probation and 60 hours community service; and was ordered to participate in the Risk Reduction Program and the Victims Impact Panel.

Cathy W. Arrington, 61, was charged with speeding (63 mph in a 45 mph zone). Bond was forfeited.

Laura Johnson Avery, 29, was charged with speeding (66 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Javarus Dewayne Blackwell, 20, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Brianna Nicole Bookal, 20, pleaded guilty to speeding (91 in a 55) and was fined $389.

Willie Paul Booker, 68, was charged with improper lane change/not proper position. Bond was forfeited.

Warren Eugene Bozeman, 56, was charged with speeding (68 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

John Larry Bricker, 64, pleaded no contest to headlight requirements, driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance. Bricker was fined a total of $1,296 and was sentenced to 12 months probation.

Christopher Frank Bridges, 36, was charged with speeding (59 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

John Franklin Bridges, 36, was charged with speeding (64 in a 45) Bond was forfeited.

Charlene K. Bryan, 47, was charged with speeding (59 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Heidi Smith Cannon, 38, was charged with speeding (60 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Mary Paul Cantrell, 57, was charged with speeding (71 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Fred K. Cardwell, 85, was charged with failure to yield when entering or crossing a roadway. Bond was forfeited.

Richard Watkins Carr, 43, was charged with improper lane change/not proper position. Bond was forfeited.

Antonio Edgar Castanon, 17, was charged with speeding (70 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Sylvia Anne Cavazos, 47, was charged with defective equipment. Bond was forfeited.

Tytiana Sakeeshan Cody, 23, was charged with safety belts violation (adults) and safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Allison Huey Coleman, 41, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Melissa J. Teal Conner, 40, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Donald Roy Cooper, 73, was charged with failure to yield after stop/stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Yolanda Denese Crawford, 50, was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Chelsea Jordan Croley, 22, was charged with speeding (50 in a 35. Bond was forfeited.

Jordana Ashley Davis, 27, was charged with speeding (64 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Elvis Lester Dixon, 54, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Montana Renalda Edwards, 30, pleaded guilty to possession of an ounce or less of marijuana and was fined $600.

Frank Eugene Funderburk, 42, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

James Oneil Gibson, 35, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and defective equipment. Bond was forfeited.

James Gilchrist, 52, pleaded guilty to public drunk and was fined $175 and sentenced to 3 months probation.

Wanda Katrina Goff, 46, pleaded no contest to driving while license suspended/revoked. Bond was forfeited.

Christopher Grant, 28, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Elizabeth Green, 45, was charged with public drunk. Bond was forfeited.

George Henry Griffin, 40, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.
