Municipal Court for the Oct. 17 edition

MOULTRIE — The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Takesha Evelyn Bailey, 22, pleaded guilty to possession of ounce or less of marijuana, giving false name/address/date of birth, wrong class of driver's license and taillights/lenses required. Bailey was sentenced to 38 days jail.

Dontavia Maurice Bledsoe, 23, pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was sentenced to 6 days jail.

James Edwin Butler, 53, pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was sentenced to 12 days jail, 6 of which were suspended.

James Tyler Cobb, 20, pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was sentenced to 18 days jail.

Silba Crus, 61, was charged with cruelty to animals and public drunk and was sentenced to 42 days jail.

Melvin Lewis Dillard, 54, pleaded guilty to giving false name/address/date of birth to officer and was sentenced to 14 days jail.

William Richard Gandy, 55, pleaded guilty to public drunk and was sentenced to 40 days jail.

Shanan Marie Hancock, 38, pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was ordered to pay $734 or serve 23 days jail.

Brandon Lawhorne, 17, pleaded guilty to illegal possession of alcohol by a minor and was sentenced to 10 days jail.

Abraham Lee Jr., 32, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and duty to obey police officer. Lee was sentenced to 36 days jail.

Dana Leon Martin, 35, pleaded guilty to public drunk and was sentenced to 15 days jail.

Tory Gregory Massey, 22, pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was ordered to pay $2,501 or serve 89 days jail.

Adam Monreal, 37, pleaded guilty to giving false name/address/date of birth, no driver's license, open container violation, no brake lights/working turn signals and tag light required. Monreal was  sentenced to a total of 55 days in jail but was released to Bainbridge Public Safety.

Nigel Akese Murray, 18, pleaded guilty to passing within 100 feet of an intersection or railroad crossing. Murray was fined $209 and sentenced to 17 days jail.

Tracy Lynn Raymond, 42, pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was sentenced to 8 days jail.

James Allen Slaughter, 29, pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was ordered to pay $663 or serve 20 days jail.

Sandra Michelle Spradley, 39, pleaded guilty to violation of probation and disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 38 days jail.

Chase Daniel Thomas, 24, pleaded guilty to speeding (65 in a 40 zone) and was fined $307 and sentenced to 15 days jail, including a sentence for contempt of court.

Denzell Jamal Williams, 18, pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Williams was sentenced to 20 days jail and 12 months probation, and he was banned from Walmart.

Curtis Yates, 49, pleaded guilty to no driver's license and was sentenced to 16 days jail.

Bobbie Rene Allen, 34, was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Veronica G. Castaneda, 38, was charged with speeding (66 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Jacquelyn Horton Countee, 43, was charged with speeding (62 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Jeremy Gene Davis, 24, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Betty Ann Dudley, 46, pleaded guilty to DUI, open container violation and tag light required. Dudley was fined a total of $1,069; was sentenced to 1 day jail, 12 months probation and 60 hours community service; and was ordered to participate in the Risk Reduction Program and the Victims Impact Panel.

Tasha Leeanne Espinoza, 31, was charged with speeding (64 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Stephen William Fritz, 57, was charged with running a red light. Bond was forfeited.

Abby Leann Gay, 20, pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Gay was fined $650, was sentenced to 5 days jail and 12 months probation, and was banned from Walmart.

Mona Harrell Giddens, 55, was charged with overtaking and passing on the right. Bond was forfeited.

Alfred P. Gregory, 68, was charged with failure to yield when entering/crossing a roadway. Bond was forfeited.

Paul Hightower, 52, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Sedrick Hill, 25, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Chip Antonio Holton, 38, pleaded no contest to headlight requirements and too fast for conditions and pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended or revoked. Holton was fined $1,483 and sentenced to 22 months probation.

Lillian A. Hughes, 62, was charged with speeding (66 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Felicia Ann Illiomme, 46, was charged with speeding (68 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Ashley Hewett Kelley, 30, was charged with speeding (69 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Latela Shante Lamons, 28, pleaded guilty to headlight requirements, driving while license suspended or revoked and two counts of safety belts violation (children). Lamons was fined a total of $905 and sentenced to 12 months probation.

Jose A. Luna, 47, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Ched Marcus McClure, 23, was charged with speeding (70 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Jeffery Alan Milton, 19, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Jamie Welford Morrell, 37, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Michael Timothy Neese, 32, was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Genelle Truluck Oneal, 79, was charged with  speeding (49 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

Charges of expired tag and tag light required were dismissed against Juan Calderon Osorio, 37.

Anthony Mark Parker, 47, was charged with speeding (57 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Victor Perez, 21, pleaded guilty to headlight requirements and no driver's license. Perez was fined $828 and sentenced to 12 months probation.

Sarah Johnson Peterson, 54, was charged with improper backing. Bond was forfeited.

Sandy Renee Proffitt, 45, was charged with speeding (61 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Roberto Muniz Ramirez, 38, was charged with speeding (60 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Gwendolyn Sue Reslink, 41, was charged with speeding (61 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Tonisha Nichole Roney, 28, pleaded guilty to DUI, following too closely, driving while license suspended or revoked, and failure to stop for an accident with damage. Roney was fined $2,928; was sentenced to 2 days jail, 26 months probation and 90 hours community service; was ordered to participate in the Risk Reduction Program and Victims Impact Panel; was ordered to use an Interlock device; and was ordered to put a $25 ad in the newspaper.

Kaylon Jane Sanders, 21, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was fined $650, was sentenced to 5 days jail and 12 months probation, and was banned from Walmart.

Jessica Denise Seawright, 26, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was fined $650, was sentenced to 5 days jail and 12 months probation, and was banned from Walmart.

Pamela Veronica Seay, 31, was charged with no license on person. Bond was forfeited.

Jennifer Ann Spangler, 22, was charged with open container violation. Bond was forfeited.

Bennie Ronald Strange, 68, was charged with improper backing. Bond was forfeited.

Erin Holly Taylor, 30, was charged with speeding (69 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Rod Alan Tomlinson, 45, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Porschea Tashaunna Wade, 23, was charged with permitting unauthorized minor to drive. Bond was forfeited.

Corey Todd Walden, 24, was charged with speeding (61 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Brenda Reneea Whitehead, 48, was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Cheryl Williams, 44, was charged with shoplifting. Surety bond was forfeited.

Debra Darline Boatwright, 54, was charged with speeding (59 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

George Castor Buendia, 20, was charged with speeding (48 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

Jennice Linnay Card, 39, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Esmerald Guzman Contreras, 40, was charged with violation of condition of permit. Bond was forfeited.

Mary Aileen McCollum, 58, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Courtney Deandre Nickerson, 29, pleaded guilty to pedestrian must yield if not at a crosswalk and two counts of duty to obey police officer. Nickerson was fined $1,235, including fees for contempt of court, and was sentenced to 5 months probation. Nickerson will also serve 41 days in a work program, but court documents don't indicate whether that's in lieu of the fine or in addition to it.

Kimberly M. Rountree, 33, was charged with speeding (58 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Marion L. Skinner, 22, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Robert Gordon Stanfill, 31, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Lacoln Nicole Walker, 22, was charged with improper lane change/not proper position. Bond was forfeited.

Justin Michael Collins, 26, was charged with speeding (68 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Kimberly Beth Seldon, 44, was charged with speeding (60 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Ralph W. Baker, 77, was found guilty of failure to yield when entering or crossing a roadway and was fined $109.

Vance Ervin Cuff Jr. 23, was found not guilty of failure to maintain lane but was found guilty of reckless driving. Cuff was fined $518 and ordered to serve 8 months probation.

Maggie Daniels, 69, was found guilty of expired tag but was found not guilty of removing/affixing tag with intent. Daniels was fined $135.

Chancey Kyle Harris, 33, was found guilty of vicious animals running at large and animal restraint violation. Harris was fined $380.

Karrie Warren, 35, was found not guilty of disorderly conduct.
