Municipal Court for the Nov. 14 edition

MOULTRIE — The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Carl Dean Rice, 23, was charged with speeding (70 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Seth Phillip Roberts, 24, was found guilty of violation of probation but was restored to probation by the judge.

Santos Rodriguez, 55, was charged with running a red light. Bond was forfeited.

Jason Anthony Rogers, 22, was charged with speeding (59 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Marie Rogers, 41, was charged with speeding (59 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Christopher Allen Root, 25, was charged with operating a vehicle with altered suspension. Bond was forfeited.

Julio Gonzalez Rosales, 64, was charged with    safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Stephanie Roxanne Ross, 31, pleaded guilty to speeding (48 in a 35) and was fined $104.

Kaylon Jane Sanders, 21, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $325 and sentenced o 12 months probation.

Donald Wayne Shaw, 29, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

John Howard Sheets, 51, was charged with speeding (67 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Rex Lucas Shoemaker, 30, was charged with speeding (69 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Antoinette Slater, 18, pleaded guilty to illegal possession of alcohol by a minor and was fined $400 and sentenced to 6 months probation.

Derrick Lamont Smith, 26, was charged with DUI, no driver's license and open container violation. Surety bond was for-     feited.

Jarvis Snead, 23, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was fined $650; sentenced to 5 days jail and 12 months probation; and banned from Stop and Shop.

Colin A. Terrell, 20, was charged with no license on person. Bond was forfeited.

Sherry Ann Terrell, 43, was charged with speeding (66 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Janet B. Tucker, 44, was charged with speeding (61 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Norma Valdez, 22, was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Gregory Douglas Vick, 58, was charged with speeding (69 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Andrew Duane Wallace, 28, pleaded no contest to shoplifting and was fined $650; sentenced to 5 days jail and 12 months probation; and banned from Walmart.

Ann Marie Watson, 31, was charged with speeding (72 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Edwin Wayne Westbrook, 71, was charged with failure to yield after stop/stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Lathaca Wheeler, 34, was charged with      expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Linda Lee Wheeler, 57, was charged with two counts of safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Jeannette McCoy Wilcher, 74, was charged with failure to yield when entering intersection. Bond was forfeited.

Jeffery Lee Worthy, 19, pleaded no contest to possession of ounce or less of marijuana and guilty to failure to dim headlights. Worthy was fined a total of $678 plus surcharges.

Terry Young, 52, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Richard Neill Barber, 34, was charged with speeding (68 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Felipa Victoria Duarte, 27, was charged with speeding (74 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

James W. Heath, 53, was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Torrie Leigh Mash, 27, was charged with speeding (61 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Shaleea Shaunta Nunez, 32, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Morita Sade Richardson, 23, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Calvin Ray Simpson, 60, was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Nortonya Lafaye Spear, 34, was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Latoria Wooten, 25, was charged with speeding (75 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

James Elwood Wright, 42, was found guilty of trespassing and public drunk. Including contempt fees, he was fined $700 and sentenced to 4 days jail.

Fred Scott Garrett, 43, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended and headlight requirements. He was fined a total of $855.

A charge of parking in a handicapped zone was dismissed against Cynthia Horsch.

Cesar Barrios Rosas, 23, pleaded guilty to removing/affixing tag with intent, no driver's license, driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag and safety belts violation (adults). Rosas was fined a total of $1,026 and sentenced to probation.

A charge of improper lane change/not proper position was dismissed against Steven Stacey Sailor, 42.

Dontavia Maurice Bledsoe, 23, pleaded guilty to possession of ounce or less of marijuana, giving false name/address/date of birth to officer, DUI, noise violation (loud music from vehicle) and driving while license suspended or revoked. Bledsoe was sentenced      to a total of 192 days in jail.

Rashaan Lateele Davis, 28, was found guilty of littering, tag light required, open container violation and DUI. A charge of no driver's license was dismissed. Davis was fined a total of $1,253; was sentenced to 1 day jail, 12 months probation and 60 hours community service; and was ordered to attend the Victims Impact Panel and Risk Reduction Program.

Orelbis Figueroa, 48, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Including a contempt fee, he was fined $115. A charge of driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag was dismissed.

A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed against Andy Hall, 32.

Marcus Germaine Norman, 38, pleaded guilty to speeding (57 in a 45) and open container violation. He was fined a total of $311 and sentenced to 12 months probation.

Juan Calderon Osorio, 37, pleaded guilty to DUI, no driver's license, open container, failure to maintain lane and canceled registration. Osorio was fined a total of $1,766; was sentenced to 1 day jail, 28 months probation and 60 hours community service; and was ordered to participate in the Risk Reduction Program and the Victims Impact Panel.

Eguard Perez, 37, was charged with speeding (50 in a 35), but pleaded guilty to speeding (46 in a 35) and was fined $156.

Charles Phillip Tallman, 19, was charged with speeding (74 in a 55). The charge was reduced to speeding (69 in a 55), and Tallman paid a $130 fine. Tallman was also charged with driving while license suspended or revoked     and paid a $500 fine plus was ordered to attend      the Risk Reduction Program.

A charge of following too closely was dismissed against Casey Garrett Thomas, 22.
