Municipal Court for the Nov. 18 edition


The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Juarez Clark was charged with gambling, duty to obey police officer and loitering and sentenced to 15 days jail.

Ronald Fulton was charged with violation of probation and sentenced to 27 days jail.

Walter Rex Herrington was charged with violation of probation and sentenced to 15 days jail.

John Paul Lewis was charged with violation of probation and sentenced to 18 days jail.

Lillian Ann Nunn was charged with violation of probation and sentenced to 79 days jail.

Calvin Dewayne Washington was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Shantel Denise Alford was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Cesar A. Barrios was charged with speeding 54 in a 35. Bond was forfeited.

Eric Bell was charged with failure to stop at stop sign and no license on person. Bond was forfeited.

Nikki Nicole Blackewell was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Christopher Adam Blount was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Horace D. Brown was charged with speeding 58 in a 45. Bond was forfeited.

Shannon Lee Bryant was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuana and sentenced to pay $650, 12 months probation and drug testing. Also Bryant was charged with headlight requirements and sentenced to $78.

Juan Castro was charged with no driver’s license and defective equipment. Bond was forfeited.

Calvin Louis Collins was charged with speeding 70 in a 55. Bond was forfeited.

Kenya King Collins was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

George Willie Connell was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Jesus Dias was charged with selling alcohol to underage persons and sentenced to pay $650, 3 months probation and 40 hours community service.

Adalberbto Depaz Domingo was charged with speeding 53 in a 35. Bond was forfeited.

Mckinley Drake was charged with running red light. Bond was forfeited.

Timmy Edmonds was charged with safety belts violation (adults), no proof of insurance and driving with suspended tag and sentenced to 12 months probation and $767.

Sandra Edwards was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Brandon Michael Ellis was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Daniel Rogers Evarts Sr. was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Jose Ibarra Hernandez was charged with no driver’s license and sentenced to pay $500. Also Hernandez was charged with speeding 61 in a 45 which was reduced to 59 in a 45 and sentenced to pay $130.

Maurice Jamal Hill was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.
