Municipal Court for the Oct. 28 edition


The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Sara Lynne Agosto was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuana and sentenced to pay $600, get GED, job training, drug screening and 12 months probation.

John Benjamin Alderman was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Johnny Alton Allen was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Bettie A. Anderson was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Robert Lewis Bennett was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Marvin Clifton Blair was charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane and open container violation and sentenced to 1 day jail, 12 months probation, risk reduction, 60 hours community service and $1,141.

Charlie E. Brightwell Jr. was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

James Cain was charged with running red light and sentenced to pay $109.

Tameka Latara Daniels was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Krystal K. Flournoy was charged with tag light required and driving while license was suspended or revoked and sentenced to pay $814.

Christopher Lee Frailey was charged with public drunk. Bond was forfeited.

Ernest Gordon Jr. was charged with headlight requirements and driving while license was suspended/revoked and sentenced to 15 days jail.

Richard Hayes was charged with vagrancy and sentenced to pay $400 and 8 days jail.

Clementina Hernandez was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

The charge of failure to stop at stop sign against Jessica Nicole Hicks was dismissed.

Rhonda Sue Holley was charged with disorderly conduct. Bond was posted.

Elizabeth S. Jackson was charged with driving with suspended tag. Bond was forfeited.

Pablo Jimenez was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

The charge of shoplifting against Traquel Rashaun Johnson was dismissed as first offender conditions were completed.

Darnecia King was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Darryl Eugene McCoy was charged with disorderly conduct and sentenced to pay $325 and 5 months probation.

William Damond McCrary was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Wilmer Mendez was charged with no driver’s license and failure to yield while turning left and was sentenced to pay $609 and 7 months probation.

Julie Montgomery was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Carey Marie Mullis was charged with failure to yeild when entering intersection. Bond was forfeited.

Selena Ann Palmer was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.
