Charles R. May Estate of Moultrie; to Barbara W. May of Moultrie; 23.43 acre property is located on Annie McGee Road as an estate deed.

James T. Walker of Moultrie; to The Willis His LLC of Moultrie; property is located at 603 West Central Avenue for $15,000.

Positive Enterprises LLC of Moultrie; to Willie James Tyler and James C. Solomon of Moultrie; property is located at 117 Eighth St. N.W. for $4,000.
