Municipal Court for the Oct. 14 edition

The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Sara Lynne Agosto was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuana and bonded out.

Rashaun Montay Bigelow was charged with shoplifting and sentenced to 23 days jail.

Schvosky Lamonte Collins was charged with illegal possession of alcohol by minor and resisting arrest and sentenced to 20 days jail.

Robert Joseph Hanes was charged with shoplifting and sentenced to 23 days jail.

Rodney Nathaniel James was charged with violation of probation and sentenced to 56 days jail.

Samuel Heath Kastelic was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuana and bonded out.

William Terry McCard was charged with public drunk and sentenced to 12 days jail.

Jose Oscar Penaloza was charged with disorderly conduct and sentenced to 12 days jail.

Janice Deane Spencer was charged with public drunk and sentenced to 6 days jail.

Maria Diane Warnell was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuana and sentenced to 15 days jail.

Nicholas Ryan Warnell was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuana and sentenced to 15 days jail. Also Warnell was charged with safety belts violation (adults).

Cari D. Welch was charged with driving while license was suspended/revoked and sentenced to 20 days jail.

Generial Prestoria White was charged with violation of probation and sentenced to 21 days jail.

Ernest Barber Jr. was charged with improper backing. Bond was forfeited.

Monterry Chauard Belle was charged with speeding 63 in a 45 and expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Marcia L. Bishop was charged with speeding 51 in a 35. Bond was forfeited.

Ann Perry Blank was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Fidel Camilo was charged with 3 counts safety belts violation (children), No driver’s license and 4 counts safety belts violation (adults). Signed bond was forfeited. Also Camilo was charged with another count safety belts violation (adults), which was dismissed.

Hector R. Castro was charged with animal restraint violation. Bond was forfeited.

Cudrex Lashaun Clark was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Jerome Clark was charged with headlight requirements, removing/affixing tag with intent and no license on person and sentenced to $289 and 4 months probation.

Ora Mae Coots was charged with driving with suspended tag, no proof of insurance and no brake lights or working turn signals and was sentenced to pay $830 and 12 months probation.

Hector Ramirez Corona was charged with no driver’s license and failure to maintain lane. Bond was forfeited.

Jennell M. Dixon was charged with failure to yield when entering/crossing roadway. Bond was forfeited.

Charlise Ward Edwards was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Bryan Keath Eunice was charged with failure to yield after stop/stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Marvin Fish was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuana and sentenced to pay $600, 12 months probation, 100 hours community service and get job.

Debra Denise Flemming was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Tacar Shacoco Fuller was charged with parked in a handicapped zone and sentenced to pay $207 and 3 months probation.

Linda Sue Gomez was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Ernest Felton Graves was charged with failure to maintain lane. Bond was forfeited.

Jamie Allana Graves was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Barbara J. Sutz Hanna was charged with driving with suspended tag. Bond was forfeited.

Gasma Tonyetta Haynes was charged with 2 counts safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Dave Thieu Haynh was charged with speeding 41 in a 30. Bond was forfeited.

Raul Rodriguez Hernandez was charged with no driver’s license and failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Michael Brett Hightower was charged with speeding 41 in a 30. Bond was forfeited.

Alfred Wilona Hires was charged with no proof of insurance and driving while license was suspended/revoked and sentenced to 12 months probation and $1,218.

Maja Sharon Holman was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Guy Hornsby was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Billy Howard Jr. was charged with no driver’s license on person. Bond was forfeited.

John Carlton Jenkins was charged with failure to yield after stop/stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Pablo Jimenez was charged with expired driver’s license and failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Jessica Elaine Johnson was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Traquel Rashuan Johnson was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Leah Denise Jordan was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Juana Juan was charged with no driver’s license, no proof of insurance, improper tag and running red light. Bond was forfeited.

Penny Ann Kastelic was charged with speeding 50 in a 35. Bond was forfeited.

Thomas Burton Klar was charged with failure to yield when entering intersection. Bond was forfeited.

Richard Keith Lacey was charged with failure to yield while turning left. Bond was forfeited.

Kimberly Marie Lee was charged with shoplifting and sentenced to pay $650, 5 days jail, 12 months probation and banned from Dollar General.

Jose Enrique H. Lopez was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Marie Jackson Marks was charged with speeding 59 in a 45 and driving with suspended tag and sentenced to pay $415 and 5 months probation.

Cruz Aguila Marquez was charged with headlight requirements and no driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Zebulon Eli Meyer was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Annette Fuller Moore was charged with no driver’s license and sentenced to pay $500 and 5 days jail.

Adrienne Spradley Murray was charged with 2 counts safety belts violation (children) and sentenced to pay $100.

Perry A. Oneal Jr. was charged with improper lane change/not proper position and expired driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Willie Frank Pace was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Jerry Lee Page was charged with failure to secure load. Bond was forfeited.

Bipinbhai R. Patel was charged with running red light and sentenced to pay $109.

Martin Humberto Perez was charged with DUI and sentenced to 1 day jail, 12 months probation, 60 hours community service and risk reduction. Also Humberto was charged with failure to maintain lane and no driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Emma Ramirez was charged with shoplifting and sentenced to pay $650, 5 days jail, 12 months probation and banned from Walmart.

Audrey Anne Reddick was charged with failure to yield while turning left. Bond was forfeited.

Jennifer Ann Ricks was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Maria Palido Sanchez was charged with speeding 54 in a 35. Bond was forfeited.

Jessica Sarahia was charged with removing/affixing tag with intent and no driver’s license and sentenced to $700 and 8 month probation.

Calvin Ray Simpson Jr. was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Shane Jamar Sims was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.
