Municipal Court for the Oct. 7 edition

The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Julie A. Hall was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuana and failure to stop at stop sign and was sentenced to 12 months probation and $709.

Adrienne Latrice Harmon was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Samuel G. Hernandez was charged with open container violation. Bond was forfeited.

Jotoya Danelle Hicks was charged with improper passing on left. Bond was forfeited.

Eric Bernard Irvin was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Tabitha Jackson was charged with disorderly conduct. Bond was forfeited.

Scrap Johnson was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and sentenced to 5 months probation, $875 and anger management.

Nicasio Jose Jose was charged with no driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Erica Langley was charged with driving with suspended tag and sentenced to pay $311 and 6 months probation.

Christine Henry Lewis was charged with improper backing. Bond was forfeited.

Jose Montero Lopez was charged with safety belts violation (children) and no driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Lauro Martinez was charged with too fast for conditions and no driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Chander Laverne Mathis was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Kayla Oslin McCloud was charged with trespassing, giving false name/address/date of birth to officer and disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 12 months probation and $1,050.

Richard S. McWilliams was charged with failure to yield while turning left. Bond was forfeited.

Kimberly Nicole Moore was charged with DUI, failure to stop at stop sign and sentenced to pay $934, 1 day jail, 12 months probation, 60 hours community service and risk reduction.

Adeline Grace Morton was charged with safety belts violation (children) and failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Tony Lamar Murphy was charged with driving while license was suspended/revoked and sentenced to pay $1,296 and 12 months probation.

Derrick Murray was charged with safety belt violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Michael Lorezon Nix Jr. was charged with speeding 72 in a 55. Bond was forfeited.

Marshall Pace was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Tracy Lynn Patterson was charged with too fast for conditions. Bond was forfeited.

Kagney Andre Ponder was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Jennifer Barden Pope was charged with passing in no passing zone. Bond was forfeited.

Henry Jarrell Reid III was charged with speeding 49 in a 35. Bond was forfeited.

Billy Lamorris Robinson was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Alisha Marie Ware was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

William Wber was charged with failure to yield while turning left and sentenced to pay $109.

Hoyt Whelchel Jr. was charged with failure to yield after stop/stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Tia Marie Willett was charged with failure to stop for accident with damage, violation of conditions of permit and running red light and sentenced to 12 months probation and $933.

Alton Williams was charged with driving while license was suspended/revoked and failure to dim headlights and was sentenced to pay $2,153 and 12 months probation.

Shardra Lashay Wright was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Ashley Hope Yeomans was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Jalesa Shavon Young was charged with duty to obey police officer and sentenced to 5 months probation, anger management and $400.

Jessica Faye Alexander was charged with failure to maintain lane and contempt. Bond was forfeited.

Angela French was charged with safety belts violation (adults) and contempt. Bond was forfeited.

Eduardo Garza Jr. was charged with following too closely and contempt. Bond was forfeited.

Clayton Robert Henderson was charged with speeding 68 in a 55 and contempt. Bond was forfeited.

Scrap Johnson III was charged with speeding 52 in a 35 and contempt. Bond was forfeited.

Samuel Lee Lewis was charged with following too closely and contempt. Bond was forfeited.

Anthony Quinn Grier was charged with driving while license was suspended/revoked, driving with suspended tag and no proof of insurance and sentenced to pay $2,048.

Raiford Scott Lane was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Bobby Calvin Wright was charged with speeding 64 in a 45. Bond was forfeited.

Christopher Ryan Burgess was found not guilty of display of license plates and ordered to pay a $20 court fee.

Stephon Juann Everett was charged with noise violation (loud music from vehicle) and sentenced to pay $207, 12 months probation and remove radio.

Joshua Michael Horne was charged with vagrancy, which was reduced to under the influence, and sentenced to pay $200.

Jerome Leggett was charged with trspassing, duty to obey police officer, and resisting arrest and sentenced to pay $1,450 and 10 months probation.

Max Bernard McBride was charged with driving while license was suspended/revoked, defective equipment, improper exhaust system and 3 counts contempt and sentenced to 28 days jail.

Douglas Von Turley was charged with DUI, which was reduced to reckless driving, and sentenced to pay $1,000, continue counseling, 12 months probation and 60 hours community service. Also Turley was charged with failure to maintain lane, which was dismissed.

Leonard Demott Walker was charged with shoplifting and sentenced to 30 days jail.

Tony Lamar Wiley was charged with DUI, speeding 82 in a 45, driving while license was suspended/revoked and fleeing/attempting to elude police and sentenced to pay $2,275, 81 days jail, risk reduction, $25 dollar ad in paper, interlock device and 120 hours community service.

Rickie Recardo Yates was charged with unnecessary noise not involving vehicle, which was dismissed.
