Municipal Court for the Jan. 9 edition

MOULTRIE — The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Carmen Newsome Bigelow, 54, was charged with speeding (68 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Debra P. Boatwright, 54, was charged with failure to yield while turning left. Bond was forfeited.

John Irvin Boyd, 80, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Jason Scott Bradley, 37, was charged with driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag. Bond was forfeited.

Ronald Ray Braswell, 58, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Patricia Jane Brown, 41, was charged with disorderly conduct. Bond was forfeited.

Novella Faye Burnham, 64, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Alina Sinahi Bustamante, 24, was charged with speeding (57 in a 45) and driving while license suspended or revoked. Bond was forfeited.

Robert J. Canfield, 73, was charged with speeding (72 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Alvaro Carreon Jr., 24, was charged with public drunk. Bond was forfeited.

Candice E. Carter, 23, was charged with speeding (56 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

Latavious Tymareus Clark, 22, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

William Randall Clifton, 40, was charged with expired driver's license. Bond was forfeited.

Charles Alan Coleman, 32, was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Yosmani Mujica Cruz, 38, pleaded guilty to open container violation, failure to maintain lane and DUI. Cruz was fined a total of $1,846; was sentenced to 1 day jail, 18 months probation and 60 hours community service; and was ordered to participate in the Risk Reduction Program and the Victims Impact Panel.

Tracie Dabney, 45, pleaded no contest to no proof of insurance and driving while license suspended or revoked and pleaded guilty to driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag. Dabney was fined a total of $1,529 and was sentenced to 15 months probation.

Robert Brian Davis, 38, was charged with no proof of insurance and tag light required. Bond was forfeited.

Andrew Morrison Dixon, 47, pleaded no contest to failure to maintain lane and driving while license suspended/revoked. Dixon was fined $886 and sentenced to 10 months probation.

Tina Dianne Durrence, 49, was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Rashad Antowinne Edmonds, 22, pleaded guilty to driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag and no contest to no proof of insurance. Edmonds was fined $752 and sentenced to 6 months probation.

Charges of speeding (70 in a 55) and wrong class of driver's license against Demetrius A. Enoch, 41, were reduced to warnings.

Jessica Janisha Epperson, 21, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Geodora A. Frazey, 44, was charged with speeding (72 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Taquila Nicole Fuller, 25, was charged with driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag. Bond was forfeited.

Malaquias Cordova Galarza, 39, was charged with no driver's license and running red light. Bond was forfeited.

Arturo Gaona, 37, was charged with no driver's license, expired tag and safety belts violation (children). Surety bond was forfeited.

Patsy Elaine Giddens, 59, was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Brandon Neal Green, 23, pleaded guilty to tag light required, open container violation and driving while license suspended/revoked. Green was fined a total of $1,021 and sentenced to 12 months probation.

Mary Ann Groves, 38, was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Amy L. Hardigree, 39, was charged with speeding (61 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Felipe Tomas Hernandez, 25, was charged with tag light required and no driver's license. Bond was forfeited.

Julio Ceasar Hernandez, 29, pleaded guilty to DUI, open container violation and no driver's license. Hernandez was fined a total of $2,237; was sentenced to 1 day jail, 17 months probation and 60 hours community service; and was ordered to attend the Risk Reduction Program and Victims Impact Panel.

Jeffrey Bayot Hough, 24, was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Oneki Huckaby, 17, pleaded no contest to possession of ounce or less of marijuana and was fined $600, sentenced to 12 months probation and ordered to undergo drug testing.

Shalaine Ranae Jenkins, 34, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Michael Tyrone Johnson, 39, was charged with failure to yield after stop/stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Shantavise Syemone Jones, 20, was charged with failure to yield while turning left. Bond was forfeited.

Amanda Jade Kelly, 27, was charged with speeding (58 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Santana Rochell Kirkland, 28, was charged with speeding (74 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Thomas Lagrande Lamb, 47, was charged with speeding (61 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Phillip Kitbok Long, 17, was charged with speeding (56 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Erica Lanette Martin, 41, was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Jennifer Lynn Martin, 18, was charged with expired tag and defective equipment. Bond was forfeited.

Lewis Eugene Martin, 52, was charged with expired tag and expired driver's license. Bond was forfeited.

James Marshall McCranie, 69, was charged with failure to stop at   stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Frankie McIntyre, 52, was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Juventino Feliciano Mendez, 26, was charged with no driver's license. Bond was forfeited.

Robin William Mercedes, 18, was charged with improper lane change/not proper position. Bond was forfeited.

Stanley Ashley Mixon, 38, was charged with expired tag and no brake lights/working turn signals. Bond was forfeited.

Wiley Lee Moore, 67, was charged with speeding (77 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Roy Alan Newbern, 45, was charged with speeding (76 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Joseph Ong Nguyen, 66, was charged with safety belts violation (adults), expired tag and running red light. Bond was forfeited.

Tynorra Maria Parham, 26, pleaded no contest to no proof of insurance and was fined $441.

Paul Forrest Partin, 39, was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited. A charge of speeding (64 in a 45) was dismissed.

Piyush Kumar J. Patel, 52, was charged with improper lane change/not proper position. Bond was forfeited.

Chelsea Anissa Penix, 18, was charged with speeding (72 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Estevan Richard Perez, 26, was charged with speeding (1 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Marvin Aguilar Perez, 24, pleaded guilty to taillights/lenses required, driving while license suspended/revoked and DUI. Perez was fined a total of $2,385; sentenced to 1 day jail, 17 months probation and 60 hours community service; and ordered to attend the Risk Reduction Program and Victims Impact Panel.

Samuel Diaz Perez, 20, was charged with failure to bey turning device and no driver's license. Bond was forfeited.

Tywana Lakeeya Ponder, 30, pleaded guilty to expired tag and no contest to driving while license suspended/revoked. Ponder was fined a total of $912 and sentenced to 10 months probation.

Demontriel Bernard Price, 29, was charged with speeding (67 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Bobbie Jean Prosser, 26, was charged with speeding (70 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Teresa Lynn Pruitt, 40, was charged with expired tag and light-reducing material affixed to windows. Bond was forfeited.
