The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:
Danny J. West was charged with failure to maintain lane. Bond was forfeited.
Inisha Michelle Williams was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.
Sherita Williams was charged with driving with suspended tag and expired tag and sentenced to 12 months probation and $446.
Willie Williams Jr was charged with failure to maintain lane. Bond was forfeited.
Travis Sentrel Wilson was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuan, failure to stop at stop sign, 3 counts failure to stop for accident with damage and no drivers license and was sentenced to 65 days jail.
Jessica Nicole Carroll was charged with disorderly conduct, shoplifting and 2 counts of contempt and sentenced to $1,350, 5 days jail, 12 months probation and banned from Walmart.
Micahel L. Mehegan was charged with failure to maintain lane and contempt. Bond was forfeited.
Jason Andrew Willis was charged with speeding 61 in a 35 and contempt. Bond was forfeited.
Zester Williams Jr was charged with driving while license was suspended/revoked and noise violation (loud music from vehicle). Signed bond was forfeited.
Nannette E. Wilson was charged with defective equipment. Bond was forfeited.
Heather Nicole Bailey was charged with shoplifting and sentenced to pay $650, 5 days jail, 12 months probation and banned from Dollar General.
Angela Marie Carter was charged with shoplifting and sentenced to pay $650, 5 days jail, 12 months probation and banned from Walmart.
Angeniques Stokes Johnson was charged with disorderly conduct and sentenced to pay $325, no contact w/co defendent and 12 months probation.
Miyakia Latrelle Lewis was charged with failure to stop at stop sign which was reduced to failure to yield and sentenced to 3 months probation and $109.
Tamela Pollard Lewis was charged with disorderly conduct and sentenced to $325 and 6 months probation.
Anterrio T. Merritt was charged with disorderly conduct and sentenced to 6 months probation, 30 hours communty, anger management and $325.
Jimmy Demetrius Merritt was charged with disorderly conduct and sentenced to pay $325, anger management and 30 hours community service.
Johnny Will Moore was charged with driving while license was suspended/revoked and sentenced to $777 and 12 months probation. Also Moore was charged with removing/affixing tag with intent, no proof of insurance and no license plat and sentenced to pay $706.
Derrick Murray was charged with duty to obbey police officer and resisting arrest and sentenced to pay $950 and 12 months probation.
Philip Ivan Nagle was charged with disorderly conduct which was dismissed.
Mario J. Peterson was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuana and interfereing with arrest and sentenced to pay $1,100.
Crystal Nichole Plymel was charged with noise violation (loud music from Vehicle) and sentenced to pay $104.
Kelvin Gerrard Pollard was charged with duty to obey police officer and sentenced to pay $400 and 10 months probation.
Kahlil Spradley was charged with disorderly conduct and sentenced to pay 4500.
Andrew James Sullivan was charged with shoplifting and sentenced to pay $650, 12 months probation, 80 hours community service and disorderly conduct.
Marcus Dewayne Vinson was charged with failure to yield when entering intersection, no license on person and 2 counts contempt and was sentenced to pay $320.
Brandon W. Welch was charged with failure to maintain lane which was dismissed.
Kristina Alma White was charged with shoplifting and sentenced to pay $650, 5 days jail, 12 months probation and banned from Dollard General.
Claressa L. Williams was charged with disorderly conduct and sentenced to pay $500 and 11 months probation.
