Municipal Court for the Jan. 27 edition


The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Demarcus Johnson was charged with acceptable identification of patrons, which was dismissed. Also Johnson was charged with furnishing alcohol to underage person and sentenced to pay $600, 5 months probation and 40 hours community service.

Larry E. Johnson was charged with light reducing materials affixed to windows, which was dismissed.

Mary Young Johnson was charged with trespassing and sentenced to pay $325 and 12 months probation.

Melvin Johnson was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Betty Jean Jordan was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Tangela Faye Jordan was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Joseph W. Major was charged with expired driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Eulalia Martinez was charged with no driver’s license and was senteneced to 3 months probation and $500.

Fernando Martinez was charged with no driver’s license and failure to yield when entering/crossing roadway. Bond was forfeited.

Jesse Antonio Martinez was charged with tag light required. Bond was forfeited.

Eris Deandre McCray was charged with DUI (marijuana or controlled substance) and failure to maintain lane and sentenced to 1 day jail, 12 months probation, 60 hours community ser- vice, risk reduction and $934.

Amanda Lorraine McMullen was charged with expired tags. Bond was forfeited.

Holly Sheree McMul- len was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Gloria Mondragon was charged with no driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Dexter Dwayne Moore was charged with no driver’s license, which was dismissed.

Mary Perry Moore was charged with failure to maintain lane and sentenced to 3 months probation and $109.

Justin Todd Morris was charged with light reducing materials affixed to windows. Bond was forfeited.

James Mullins was charged with improper backing. Bond was forefeited.

Gerardo Ramos Lopez was charged with no driver’s license, 2 counts safety belts violaion (children) and no proof of insurance. Bond was forfeited.

Will Lord Jr. was charged with speeding 49 in a 35. Bond was forfeited.

Roger Lott Jr. was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Fermin Hernandez Macias was charged with no driver’s license and safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.
