The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:
Corey Banks was charged with shoplifting and resisting arrest and sentenced to 23 days jail and banned from Walmart.
Brandon Jesse Castleberry was charged with public drunk and sentenced to 11 days jail.
Alicia Sheffield Cox was charged with violation of probation and sentenced to 9 days jail
Gregory Lamar Daniels was charged with 2 counts violation of court order and sentenced to 9 days jail.
Darryl Lamare Dawson was charged with 2 counts safety belts violation (children), safety belts violation (adults), expired tag, no proof of insurance and driving while license was suspended and sentenced to 28 days jail or $777.
Charlie Anthony Epps was charged with violation of probation and sentenced to 15 days jail.
Alvaro Devedra was charged with DUI and no driver’s license and sentenced to 30 days jail.
Martoria Antonea Addison was charged with shoplifting and sentenced to pay $650, 5 days jail, 12 months probation and banned from Walmart.
Shantoya Baldwin was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.
Brandy Lea Barfield was charged with speeding 49 in a 35, which was dismissed.
Christopher N. Bazal was charged with failure to yield when entering intersection. Bond was forfeited.
Patrice Tyee Bishop was charged with speeding 57 in a 45. Bond was forfeited.
Shankeria Antesha Bishop was charged with failure to stop at stop sign and safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.
Pamela Rogers Blackburn was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.
Robbie Jay Blaxton was charged with speeding 60 in a 45. Bond was forfeited.
Samantha Brooke Booth was charged with speeding 59 in a 45. Bond was forfeited.
James William Carroll was charged with failure to yield after stop/stop sign. Bond was forfeited.
