Municipal Court for the Sept. 8 edition

MOULTRIE — The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Ricardo Rashard Hamilton was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuana and sentenced to 21 days jail.

Deandrolo Rolle was charged with disorderly conduct and sentenced to 20 days jail.

Donald Travis Trull was charged with violation of probation and sentenced to 59 days jail.

Dorian Watson was charged with failure to yield when entering intersection, no driver’s license and 2 counts contempt and sentenced to 10 days jail and $809.

David L. Benton was charged with trespassing and giving false name/address/date of birth to officer and sentenced to 12 months probation, gainful employment and $725.

Rene Velasquez Bonilla was charged with DUI and no driver’s license and sentenced to pay $1,325, 1 day jail, 12 months probation, 60 hours community service and risk reduction.

Hannah Aubree Cox was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Leonardo Coysitan was charged with public drunk. Bond was forfeited.

Alicia Dale Craig was charged with failure to yield while turning left. Bond was forfeited.

Bryan S. Dell was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

James L. Deloache was charged with DUI, running red light and failure to maintain lane and was sentenced to pay $1,043, risk reduction, 12 months probation and 60 hours community service.

Mavis Hiers Glass was charged with failure to yield while turning left. Bond was forfeited.

Octavio Gonzalez was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Sankala L. Harper was charged with failure to maintain lane and driving while license was suspended/revoked and sentenced to pay $886 and 12 months probation.

Eugene Franklin Hiers was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Robert Daniel Jolly II was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

James Cole Lindsey was charged with driving with suspended tag, which was reduced to expired tag and sentenced to pay $200.

Damion Jabari Mccray was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Richard Samuel Moore was charged with duty to obey police officer and pedestrian must walk on sidewalk/shoulder. Bond was forfeited.

Lindsay David Oliver was charged with driving while license was suspended/revoked and sentenced to pay $777 and 10 months probation.
