MOULTRIE — The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

William Earl Holloway Jr. was charged with speeding 48 in a 35. Bond was forfeited.

William Ashley Houston was charged with failure to yield while turning left. Bond was forfeited.

The charge of speeding 49 in a 35 against Franklin Homer Jacobs was dismissed and he was ordered to pay a $25 court fee.

Demarcus Johnson was charged with disorderly conduct and sentenced to pay $325.

Harriet Allen Jones was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Mia Chantal Lawson was charged with improper lane change/not proper position and wrong class of driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Shakiya Montae Lewis was charged with disorderly conduct and sentenced to pay $325.

Sara Nicole Malagon was charged with failure to yield to funeral procession. Bond was forfeited.

Patricia Diane Martin was charged with speeding in a school zone 42 in a 25 which was reduced to 39 in a 25 and sentenced to pay $207.

Greg McClane was charged with disorderly conduct and sentenced to pay $325.

Timohty John Mcintyre was charged with speeding in a school zone 48 in a 25. Bond was forfeited.

Chandler K. Melton was charged with improper left or right turn. Bond was forfeited.

Edward B. Mickles was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Carole E. Miller was charged with speeding 59 in a 45. Bond was forfeited.

Christopher T. Mincey was charged with speeding 59 in a 35, which was reduced to 49 in a 35 and sentenced to pay $156.

Juan Manuel Moreno was charged with impeding the free flow of traffic, no driver’s license, DUI and open container violation and was sentenced to 1 day jail, 12 months probation, risk reduction and $1,662.

Janieve Moxley was charged with speeding in a school zone 40 in a 25. Bond was forfeited.

Amanda Murphy was charged with speeding 60 in a 35. Bond was forfeited.

Perry A. Oneal Jr. was charged with failure to yield when entering intersection. Bond was forfeited.

Elizabeth Lisa Owens was charged with failure to yield to emergencey vehicle, which was dismissed.

Jessie Eddlee Palmer was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Martha C. Tabores was charged with new resident has 30 days to obtain license and sentenced to pay $78.

Randal Lamar Thompson was charged with safety belts violation (adults).

Tiffany Lynn Thompson was charged with speeding 53 in a 40, driving with suspended tag and no proof of insurance and was sentenced to pay $856.
