MOULTRIE — The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Peggy Lee Trim was charged with speeding 53 in a 45. Bond was forfeited.

Robin Eugene Vance was charged with speeding 61 in a 45. Bond was forfeited.

Anthony Charles Warren was charged with speeding 59 in a 45. Bond was forfeited.

Andrea Jill Wells was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Kimberly Lavette West was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Cicely Sidney Wheeler was charged with no driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Megan White was charged with cruelty to animals, which was dismissed.

Christopher Ryan Wiggins was charged with speeding 69 in a 45. Bond was forfeited.

Crystal Gail Williams was charged with speeding 60 in a 45. Bond was forfeited.

Edward R. Williams was charged with speeding 59 in a 45. Bond was forfeited.

Chelsea James Bennett was charged with failure to stop at stop sign and contempt. Bond was forfeited.

Floyd Eldren L. Collins was charged with safety belts violation (adults) and contempt. Bond was forfeited.

Roman Mackinzie Taylor was charged with display of license plates and contempt. Bond was forfeited.

Donald Ray Bradshaw Jr. was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuana and DUI - marijuana or controlled substance, which were dismissed. Also Bradshaw was charged with defective equipment and sentenced to 12 months probation, risk reduction and $1,000.

Cassandra Rena Collins was charged with DUI, running red light and open container violation and was sentenced to 1 day jail, 12 months probation, 60 hours community service, risk reduction and $1,141.

Pamela Crawford was charged with disorderly conduct and sentenced to pay $325 and 6 months probation.

Miranda Elayne Fletcher was charged with speeding 73 in a 55, which was dismissed, and ordered to pay an $80 court fee.

Rickey Forest was charged with disorderly conduct and sentenced to pay $325 and no contact with Alphonso Knighton and 6 months probation.

Shane Colby French was charged with possession    of ounce or less of marijuana, which was reduced to public intoxication, and sentenced to pay $1,000, 12 months probation and drug screening.

Valencia Sha’nal Harvey was charged with interference with police officer and sentenced to $500, 12 months probation and no contact with Tobias Thomas.

Leroy E. Haynes was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuana and sentenced to pay $1,000, 12 months probation and drug screening.

Byron John Jordan was charged with operating vehicle with altered suspension and sentenced to pay $120.

William Brandon Kearce was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuana and sentenced to pay $600, 12 months probation and drug screening.

Aphonso Knighton was charged with disorderly conduct and sentenced to pay $325, 12 months probation and no contact with Ricky Forest.

Kristopher Dale Littrell was charged with public indecency, which was reducted to disorderly conduct, and sentenced to pay $1,650 and 12 months probation. Also Littrell was charged with DUI - marijuana or controlled substance, which was dismissed.

Tyler R. Martin was charged with illegal possession of alcohol by minor and no driver’s license, which were dismissed. Also Martin was charged with DUI under 21 which was reduced to improper turn and failure to use signal, and he was sentenced to pay $925, risk reduction and 12 months probation.

Jackie McNeal was charged with running red light and no proof of insurance and sentenced to pay $550 and 12 months probation. Also McNeal was charged with driving with suspended tag, which was dismissed.

Crystal Dawn Mills was charged with disorderly conduct and public drunk and sentenced to pay $500 and 12 months probation.

Beau Payne was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuana and sentenced to pay $600, 12 months probation and drug screening.

Jose Avila Rodriguez was charged with safety belts violation (adults), which was dismissed.

Tremayne Singletary was charged with disorderly conduct, which was dissmissed.

Junior Lee Walton was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuna, which was dismissed. Also Walton was charged with DUI, which was reduced to public intoxication, and was sentenced to pay $825, 12 months probation and risk reduction.

Ladeirde Ann Woods was charged with duty to obey police officer, failure to stop at stop sign and no driver’s license and sentenced to pay $1,009.
