Municipal Court for the Sept. 19 edition

MOULTRIE — The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Samantha Christian Holt, 20, was charged with failure to yield when entering intersection. Bond was forfeited.

Evelyn Antonia Houed, 47, was charged with speeding (61 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Margaret Juanita Ivey, 33, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Monica Sharell Jones, 37, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Quaitron Zemelle Jones, 18, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Shantil Lavett Jones, 35, was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Shontrail Rena Jones, 34, was charged with safety belts violation (adults) and two counts of safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Travis Reid Jones, 26, was charged with speeding (63 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Leo Kendrix, 56, was charged with running red light. Bond was forfeited.

Steven Rhett Knox, 28, was charged with speeding (53 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

Esther Lashley, 66, was charged with improper backing. Bond was forfeited.

Carrie Geer Lasseter, 33, was charged with improper lane change/not proper position. Bond was forfeited.

Joseph Little, 44, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Janice M. Livingston, 62, was charged with safety belts violation (adults) and safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Sury Souza Maranon, 22, was charged with speeding (58 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

Keena S. Martin, 27, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended/revoked and safety belts violation (adults) and was fined $792.

Jackie McDuffie, 38, was charged with speeding (75 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Keshonia McIntyre, 32, was charged with two counts of animal restraint violation. Bond was forfeited.

Phyllis Latrinia McNeal, 32, was charged with disorderly conduct. Bond was forfeited.

David Mitchell, 71, was charged with speeding (71 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Terry Allen Mitchell, 25, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Linda Sumlin Irvin Molden, 56, was charged with speeding (52 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

Joseph Dalton Moseley, 27, was charged with speeding (60 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Yasmani Ordonez, 21, was charged with failure to yield after stop/stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Ashley Marie Peek, 21, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Joshua Ryan Pisani, 23, was charged with speeding (69 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Tiamasha Shaariyan Ponder, 17, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended/revoked and safety belts violation (children). Ponder was fined $802 and sentenced to 12 months probation.

Jessica Lynn Powell, 27, was charged with speeding (62 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Kristin Danielle Price, 19, was charged with speeding (71 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Jamoski Jereun Rachael, 27, was charged with no license on person. Bond was forfeited.

Emelda Guerrero Ramirez, 38, was charged with no driver's license. Bond was forfeited.

Roberta Ramos, 23, was charged with no driver's license, failure to yield after stop/stop sign and two counts of safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Betty Weldon Rhodes, 78, was charged with speeding (71 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

John Edward Rhymes, 31, was charged with no driver's license. Bond was forfeited.

Maria Rios, 25, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain lane, no driver's license and four counts of safety belts violation (children). Rios was fined a total of $709 and sentenced to 12 months probation.

Ashley Faye Roberts, 21, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Cecil Kayla Roberts, 29, was charged with speeding (62 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Pauline Edenfield Roberts, 79, was charged with failure to maintain lane. Bond was forfeited.

Jose Antonio Robles, 33, was charged with expired driver's license. Bond was forfeited.

Candace W. Ruis, 40, was charged with speeding (56 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Francisco Briones Sanchez, 30, was charged with expired driver's license. Bond was forfeited.

Joshua Dwayne Sanders, 24, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Kevin Paul Taylor, 35, was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited. Taylor also pleaded no contest to no proof of insurance.

Octavian Maurice Teal, 28, was charged with speeding (72 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Iesha Mersadiz Thomas, 21, was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Karen F. Thomas, 49, was charged with speeding (73 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Britney Nicole Tukes, 26, was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Gregory Ward, 42, was charged with speeding (60 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

Robert Weldon, 47, pleaded guilty to headlight requirements, no driver's license and DUI. Weldon was fined a total of $1,403; sentenced to 1 day jail, 18 months probation and 60 hours community service; and was ordered to participate in the Risk Reduction Program and the Victims Impact Panel.

Brondie Mytyl Williams, 26, was charged with speeding (52 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

Inez Levingston Williams, 56, was charged with failure to yield while turning left. Bond was forfeited.

Diane C. Wilson, 57, was charged with running red light. Bond was forfeited.

Misty Lynn Withem, 37, was charged with improper backing. Bond was forfeited.

Kirby Luis Yon, 20, pleaded guilty to DUI-Under the age of 21 and failure to maintain lane. Yon was fined $954; sentenced to 1 day jail, 12 months probation and 60 hours community service; and ordered to participate in the Risk Reduction Program and Victims Impact Panel.

Rodney Steven Hunt, 39, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Jonathan C. Jones, 28, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Sandra J. Kruse, 50, was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Mitchell McGirt, 34, was charged with running red light. Bond was forfeited.
