Municipal Court for the Nov. 28 edition

MOULTRIE — The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Kerry Bernard Sharpe, 23, pleaded guilty to no driver's license (fourth offense) and was ordered to pay $1,550 or serve 55 days in jail.

Katrina Yevette Spence, 22, was charged with failure to yield when entering/crossing a roadway. Bond was forfeited.

Robert Ottis Spruill, 34, was charged with speeding (59 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Micky E. Skelton Walden, 50, was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Shemika Shunta Walker, 30, was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Travis Junior Williams, 39, was charged with speeding (61 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Virginia Ann Williams, 69, was charged with failure to yield when entering/crossing a roadway. Bond was forfeited.

Jeanne Wilson, 18, was charged with improper backing. Bond was forfeited.

Garrett McKenzie Anderson, 26, was charged with speeding (63 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Brandi Carolyn Landrum, 27, was charged with passing on shoulder of roadway. Bond was forfeited.

Shaquita Shynese Office, 23, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Tamika Lanae Seay, 33, was charged with speeding (64 in a 45) and expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Jason William Weaver, 35, was charged with failure to yield when entering intersection. Bond was forfeited.

David Bryan Zeanah, 47, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Judy Marie Coleman, 21, was charged with taillights/lenses required. Bond was forfeited.

Willie Lewis Edge, 51, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

William Glenn Maness, 21, was charged with driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag. Bond was forfeited.

Brian Keith McLeod, 41, was charged with speeding (71 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Lerenzo Vondell Banks, 31, was charged with DUI, open container and no license plate. He pleaded guilty to reckless driving and failure to display license plate, and the open container charge was dismissed. Banks was fined a total of $1,830; was sentenced to 12 months probation; and was ordered to attend the Risk Reduction Program.

Dennis Everett Fulghum, 41, was charged with driving while license suspended, but pleaded guilty to no license on person. Fulghum was fined $777.

Angel Gonzalez, 19, was charged with no proof of insurance and taillights/lenses required. Surety bond was forfeited.

Bobby Rashaun Grant, 27, was found guilty of DUI-less safe, failure to stop at stop sign and open container violation. He was fined a total of $1,141; sentenced to 1 day jail, 22 months probation and 60 hours community service; and was ordered to attend the Risk Reduction Program and Victims Impact Panel.

A charge of possession of an ounce of marijuana was dismissed against Anthony Marquis Green, 20.

A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed against Latavious Lavonte Greene, 20.

Ricky Bernard Grier, 48, was found guilty of duty to obey an officer and safety belts violation (adults). Grier was fined $415 and sentenced to 6 months probation and 60 hours community service.

Simon Alonzo Kingsley, 28, was found guilty of disorderly conduct and fined $325 and sentenced to 6 months probation.

A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed against Christina Gail Kosik, 32.

Joanna Diane Lee, 28, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $325.

Connie Lanel Slater, 33, pleaded guilty to giving false name/address/date of birth to officer, no driver's license and no brake lights/working turn signals. Slater was fined $978 and sentenced to 12 months probation.

A charge of possession of ounce or less of marijuana was dismissed against Akeem Stewart, 21.

A charge of pedestrian must yield if not in crosswalk was dismissed against Eric B. Townsend, 23.

Reginald Stefan Tyler, 21, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $325 and sentenced to 4 months probation.

A charge of possession of ounce or less of marijuana was dismissed against Devontay Hakiem Ward, 18.

Ollie Warren, 56, was found guilty of public drunk and disorderly conduct. Warren was fined $500 and sentenced to 10 months probation.

A charge of canceled registration was dismissed against Victor Bernard Williams, 39.

Ruben Zavala, 28, was charged with safety belts violation (adults), failure to stop at stop sign, expired tag and violation of license restrictions. Surety bond was forfeited.
