Municipal Court for the Feb. 3 edition


The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Mary Perry Moore was charged with failure to maintain lane and sentenced to pay $109 and 3 months probation.

Justin Todd Morris was charged with reducing materials affixed to windows. Bond was forfeited.

James Mullins was charged with improper backing. Bond was forfeited.

Jamie Rodriguez Najera was charged with no driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Terry Anthony Norman Jr. was charged with light-reducing materials affixed to windows. Bond was forfeited.

Shaquita Shynese Office was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Raymundo Ortiz was charged with reckless driving and sentenced to pay $518.

Ataykumar Gandalac Patel was charged with furnishing alcohol to underage person and no alcohol dispensing permit and was sentenced to pay $1,200, 5 months probation and 40 hours community service. Patel was also charged with 2 counts acceptable identification of patrons, which were dismissed.

Jashvantlal Patel was charged with furnishing alcohol to underage person and sentenced to pay $600, 5 months probation and 40 hours community service.

Rasikbhai Patel was charged with acceptable identification of patrons, which was dismissed. Patel was also charged with with no alcohol dispensing permit and furnishing alcohol to underage person and sentenced to pay $1,200, 5 months probation and 40 hours community service.

Avilo Cruz Pereira was charged with furnishing alcohol to underage person and acceptable idnetification of patrons, which were both dismissed.

Teresa A. Peterman was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

April Marie Pilkerton was charged with furnishing alcohol to underage person and sentenced to pay $600, 5 months probation and 40 hours community service. Also Pilkerton was charged with acceptable identification of patrons, which was dismissed.
