Municipal Court for the Sept. 12 edition

MOULTRIE — The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Lisa Kent Warren, 34, was charged with speeding (70 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Eddie Weaver, 61, pleaded guilty to DUI and open container violation. He was fined $1,032; was sentenced to 1 day jail, 17 months probation and 60 hours community service; and was ordered to participate in the Risk Reduction Program and Victims Impact Panel.

Andrew Clarke Whittington, 27, pleaded guilty to possession of an ounce or less of marijuana, safety belts violation (adults), open container violation and driving while license suspended/revoked. Whittington was fined a total of $1,599 and sentenced to 16 months probation.

Kimberly Michelle Wilcott, 35, was charged with speeding (61 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Angie Lee Williams, 49, was charged with shoplifting. Surety bond was forfeited.

Frank James Williams, 23, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Gregory Lester Williams, 27, pleaded guilty to possession of an ounce or less of marijuana, noise violation (loud music from vehicle), fleeing/attempting to elude police, failure to stop for an accident with damage and removing/affixing tag with intent. Williams was fined a total of $2,432; was sentenced to 5 days jail and 24 months probation; and was ordered to undergo drug screening.

Amy Michelle Willis, 37, was charged with speeding (59 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Lynn Baell Wilson, 67, was charged with improper left or right turn. Bond was forfeited.

Keith Lamar Yarbrough, 28, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Omar Zapote, 22, was charged with failure to stop at stop sign and no license on person. Bond was forfeited.

Quadria Tameka Clark, 30, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Randall Eugene Green, 17, was charged with failure to yield when entering/crossing roadway. Bond was forfeited.

Daniel Lyman Hinson, 44, was charged with failure to yield when entering/crossing roadway. Bond was forfeited.

Rodrigo Lopez, 17, was charged with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. Bond was forfeited.

Janee Shanika McCloud, 23, was charged with speeding (62 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Adam Forrest Osborne, 44, was charged with speeding (70 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Jessy Delson Powell, 20, was charged with failure to yield after stop/stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Kelley Marie Rainey, 24, pleaded guilty to expired driver's license. She was ordered to pay a $68 fine or serve 2 days in jail. She was also held in contempt of court and ordered to pay $100 or serve 3 days jail.

Liliana M. Salazar, 21, was charged with speeding (62 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Michael Scott Snipes, 36, was charged with speeding (61 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Kah'Nasha De'Mi Thomas, 20, was charged with safety belts violation (children) and safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Anthony Antonio Walker, 37, was charged with driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag. Bond was forfeited.

Eric Antonio Blunt, 35, pleaded no contest to possession of an ounce or less of marijuana and was fined $600 and sentenced to 12 months probation.

Latavious T. Clark, 22, was found guilty of disorderly conduct and was fined $325 and sentenced to 3 months probation.

Starvinsky L. Farrell, 30, was found guilty of gambling/possession of gambling equipment. Farrell was ordered to pay a $600 fine or serve 20 days jail.

Kotera Jovane Fuller, 27, was found guilty of disorderly conduct and was fined $325 and sentenced to 3 months probation.

Rhonda Bliss Crickenburger, 25, was charged with prostitution. Surety bond was forfeited.

Lorenzo Guyton Jr., 47, was charged with failure to yield when entering an intersection. Bond was forfeited.

Fernando Perez Mendez, 21, was charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane, open container violation and no driver's license. Surety bond was forfeited.

Donna Leigh Nichols, 48, was charged with speeding (68 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Mary Ann Pugh, 31, was charged with prostitution. Surety bond was forfeited.

Justin Matthew Johnson, 29, pleaded guilty to speeding (59 in a 45). Bond was forfeited

Corey Weston Mix, 23, was charged with speeding (53 in a 35). Bond was forfeited. A charge of driving while license suspended/revoked was dismissed.

Christie Battle, 38, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was sentenced to 25 days jail.

Freddie Floyd English, 56, pleaded guilty to loitering and public drunk. English was sentenced to 14 days jail.

William Richard Gandy, 55, pleaded guilty to public drunk and was sentenced to 40 days jail.

Donnie Ray Herndon, 25, was found guilty of violation of probation and was ordered to pay $2,377 or serve 81 days jail.

Fausto Lopez, 23, pleaded guilty to giving false name/address/date of birth, DUI, no driver's license and no proof of insurance. Lopez was fined a total of $2,166; sentenced to 1 day jail, 16 months probation and 60 hours community service; and ordered to participate in the Risk Reduction Program and the Victims Impact Panel.

Lucious Junior McCoy, 69, pleaded guilty to public drunk and was sentenced to 10 days jail and was banished from the city of Moultrie.

Dana Edward McDonald Jr., 37, was found guilty of violation of probation and was sentenced to 26 days jail.

Carlos Nunez, 44, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended/revoked and was ordered to pay a fine of $2,175 or serve 65 days in jail.

Carlos Jaime Nunez, 44, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended/revoked, canceled registration and headlight requirement. He was ordered to pay fines of $3,200, $200 and $78, respectively, or to serve jail time of 85 days, 9 days and 8 days, respectively.

Linda Rivera, 32, was found guilty of violation of probation and was ordered to pay $590 or serve 16 days jail.

Gregory Sloan, 52, was found guilty of violation of probation and was ordered to pay $928 or serve 26 days jail.

Courtney Jermaine Spradley, 31, was found guilty of three counts of violation of probation. Spradley was ordered to pay fines of $552, $219 and $345, or to serve jail time of 20 days, 8 days and 11 days, respectively.

Nathan Williams, 40, was found guilty of violation of probation and was ordered to pay $925 or serve 29 days jail.

Sandra Diane Allen, 52, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Enmanuel Alvarez, 24, was charged with headlight requirement. Bond was forfeited.

Abdiel Carral Arguelles, 21, was charged with failure to maintain lane. Bond was forfeited.

Rebecca Emily Beckner, 50, was charged with improper backing. Bond was forfeited.

Ladarious Deandrea Blackwell, 20, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $325 and sentenced to 6 months probation.

Carmen Madel Brito, 39, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was sentenced to 5 days jail and 12 months probation and was banned from Walmart.

Terrence Nicole Burney, 41, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Noe L. Cardenas, 37, was charged with no driver's license. Bond was forfeited.

Michael Ashley Carroll, 21, was charged with speeding (62 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

A charge of speeding (60 in a 45) was dismissed against Sherry Lynn Casterline, 41.

Willie C. Christian, 29, pleaded guilty to noise violation (loud music from vehicle) and was fined $104.

Tiffany Lynn Cook, 24, was charged with defective equipment. Bond was forfeited.

Ne'Micole Trashun Debruce, 20, was charged with speeding (61 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Shaurell Marie Dorsett, 24, pleaded guilty to speeding (71 in a 55) and was fined $130.

Darian T. Edwards, 33, was charged with expired driver's license. Bond was forfeited.

Victor Munoz Esparza, 21, was charged with no driver's license. Bond was forfeited.

Rocheda Jeannette Fairchild, 36, was charged with speeding (74 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Justina Marie Folsom, 22, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended/revoked and following too closely. Folsom was fined a total of $886 and sentenced to 12 months probation.

Charlotte Diane Furney, 51, was charged with speeding (68 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Kenji Jerome Griffin, 33, was charged with no license on person. Bond was forfeited.

Lisa Latuisa Harris, 27, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Audriana S. Hawkins, 21, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $325 and sentenced to 6 months probation.

Fredrick Bernard Hawkins, 47, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.
