Municipal Court for the July 8 edition


The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Fredrick Logan Faircloth was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuana and sentenced to pay $600, 12 months probation, drug testing and get GED.

George Robert Fielder Jr. was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Jesus Mateo Garcia was charged with no driver’s license, failure to stop for accident with damage and DUI and sentenced to pay $2,024 and 12 months probation, 1 day jail, risk reduction and 60 hours community service.

Amanda Renee Gay was charged with defective equipment. Bond was forfeited.

Leo Henry Ghelarducci was charged with improper backing. Bond was forfeited.

Mary L. Gittens was charged with speeding 57 in a 35. Bond was forfeited.

Stephanie Godfrey was charged with shoplifting and sentenced to pay $650, 5 days jail, 12 months probation and banned from Walmart.

Eric Alvarez Gonzalez was charged with no driver’s license and noise violation (loud music from vehicle). Bond was forfeited.

Mirta Gonzalez was charged with shoplifting and sentenced to pay $650, 5 days jail and banned from Walmart.

Ricardo R. Griggs was charged with shoplifting and sentenced to pay $650, 5 days jail, 12 months probation and banned from Walmart.

Bobby Ruel Hall was charged with disorderly conduct. Bond was forfeited.

Darryl Harris was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.
