Municipal Court for the July 8 edition

The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Fredrick Logan Faircloth was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuana and sentenced to pay $600, 12 months probation, drug testing and get GED.

George Robert Fielder Jr. was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Jesus Mateo Garcia was charged with no driver’s license, failure to stop for accident with damage and DUI and sentenced to pay $2,024 and 12 months probation, 1 day jail, risk reduction and 60 hours community service.

Amanda Renee Gay was charged with defective equipment. Bond was forfeited.

Leo Henry Ghelarducci was charged with improper backing. Bond was forfeited.

Mary L. Gittens was charged with speeding 57 in a 35. Bond was forfeited.

Stephanie Godfrey was charged with shoplifting and sentenced to pay $650, 5 days jail, 12 months probation and banned from Walmart.

Eric Alvarez Gonzalez was charged with no driver’s license and noise violation (loud music from vehicle). Bond was forfeited.

Mirta Gonzalez was charged with shoplifting and sentenced to pay $650, 5 days jail and banned from Walmart.

Ricardo R. Griggs was charged with shoplifting and sentenced to pay $650, 5 days jail, 12 months probation and banned from Walmart.

Bobby Ruel Hall was charged with disorderly conduct. Bond was forfeited.

Darryl Harris was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Cheryl M. Haynes was charged with failure to maintain lane. Bond was forfeited.

Andrew Bernard Hines was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuana, open container violation, DUI and defective equipment sentenced to pay $1,710, 1 day jail, 12 months probation, 60 hours community service, risk reduction and drug screening.

Betty Jo Shelton Howard was charged with failure to yield while turning left. Bond was forfeited.

Mary Y. Johnson was charged with public drunk. Bond was forfeited.

Donna M. Keigans was charged with speeding 48 in a 35. Bond was forfeited.

William Juarez Larios was charged with speeding 76 in a 55. Bond was forfeited.

Hawajop Long was charged with failure to maintain lane. Bond was forfeited.

Maria Lopez was charged with shoplifting. Bond was forfeited.

Jamie Clinton Snipes was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Joey L. Thomas was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Christopher Todd Walden was charged with speeding 58 in a 45. Bond was forfeited.

Cecil L. Weeks was charged with failure to stop for accident with damage, which was dismissed. Also Weeks was charged with passing in no-passing zone. Bond was forfeited.

Kenneth D. Welch was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Antoinette Y. Williams was charged with safety belt violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Kara J. Williams was charged with shoplifting and sentenced to pay $650, 5 days jail, 12 months probation and banned from Walmart.

Travis C. Willis was charged with driving with suspended tag and light reducing material affixed to windows. Bond was forfeited.

Granville Steve Yeomans was charged with failure to maintain lane and DUI and was sentenced to pay $934, 1 day jail, 12 months probation, 60 hours community service and risk reduction.

Ornsby Jenkins was charged with failure to yield after stop/stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Gwen Johnson was charged with no license on person and contempt. Bond was forfeited.

Sabrina Ann Terry was charged with running red light and contempt. Bond was forfeited.

Pearl Brown was charged with speeding 50 in a 35. Bond was forfeited.

Teresa A. Hightower was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Richard Keith Lacey was charged with defective equipment. Bond was forfeited.

Nettie Chezell Vinson was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

John Todd Barfield was charged with disorderly conduct, which was dismissed.

Tonya K. Dobson was charged with speeding 46 in a 35 and sentenced to pay $104.

Shenika Hunt was charged with disorderly conduct and sentenced to pay $700 and 12 months probation.

Max Bernard McBride was charged with driving while license was suspended/revoked, defective equipment and improper exhaust sytem.
