MOULTRIE — Moultrie Technical College’s Adult Education program celebrated its summer and fall term graduating classes of 2012 at a semi-annual commencement ceremony held Nov. 29 at Withers Auditorium in Moultrie. The college recognized more than 110 GED test preparation program graduates from the college's four-county service area of Colquitt, Tift, Turner and Worth.
