Grants are double-taxation. You send your tax dollar to Washington, they take out what they want. Return a little of what is left to local Governments in form of Grants with Strings attached.
The number one string is usually local Government has to match the amount in order to receive the grant.
To match it, local election officials again tax you to raise the matching money. You are taxed twice on your own money.
That is an Obamanation as the Socialist just raised the debt limit another 2 trillio, to 14 trillion. Yes we need to spend our way out of this debt Quagmire as the Socialist like to do.
