4 p.m. Update: Man Arrested After Assaulting Woman, Fleeing from Deputies

A Berlin man was apprehended early Tuesday morning after he allegedly assaulted a woman, prevented her from making a 911 call and fled from Colquitt County sheriff's deputies Monday night. See the Wednesday edition of the Observer for more information.
