MOULTRIE —
A Moultrie man convicted in the molestation of an 11-year old girl and a related burglary charge will be sentenced May 3 in the case, Colquitt County documents said.
Superior Court Judge James E. Hardy ordered a pre-sentencing report be prepared for Jasper Leggett Jr. prior to imposing a sentence.
