MOULTRIE —
A Colquitt County resident and a business employee reported they were recent victims of property theft. Items reported stolen included children’s bicycles, cash and lottery tickets.
The value of the items reported stolen and damage caused during the thefts was about $1,179. Those who reported being the victims of theft were:
• An employee at One Stop on First Avenue Southeast reported a thief broke out a window and stole $100 cash and lottery tickets Wednesday. Damage and the value of the stolen items was about $251.
• Randy Mercer, of Highway 319 South, reported a thief stole a child’s Razor dirt bike and a child’s Baja dirt bike from under his carport between Aug. 20 and 6 p.m. Monday. The value of the stolen bicycles was $928.

Sheriff’s Office
• Charlotte Ann Johnson, 36, of 1802 West Blvd., was charged Monday with criminal attempt to manufacture methamphetamine.
• Traunsheay Aundralene Huckaby, 31, of 530 Edmondson Road, was charged Wednesday with theft by deception and making false statements to an officer.
• Zebulon Eli Meyer, 27, of 3508 Sylvester Drive, was charged Tuesday with two counts of cruelty to children (first degree).
• Jason Todd Myers, 35, of 828 R.L. Norman Road in Norman Park, was charged Tuesday with obstruction, probation violation and a bench warrant.
• Noah Lew Sangster, 26, of 162-D Cook Road, was charged Tuesday with criminal attempt to manufacture methamphetamine and two counts of probation violation.
Doerun Police
• Cesar E. Bolteada, 28, of 334 Webb Road, Lot 34, in Norman Park, was charged Wednesday with driving without a license and a windshield violation.
Georgia State Patrol
• Earnest Lee Blackburn II, 35, of 209 W. Bethel Ave., was charged Wednesday with a seatbelt violation, a child restraint violation, driving without a license and probation violation.
Norman Park Police
• John Ryan Herring, 18, of 496 Giles Road, was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana less than one ounce.
Other Incidents
Moultrie Police
• Jill Majors, of Franklin Street, reported someone scratched her Mazda CR-X Tuesday. Majors gave officers the name of a male suspect.
• Danny Williams reported Wednesday someone forged and used a check from his business account on 10th Street Southeast. The amount of the forged check was $1,279.72.
• Charles Odom reported finding a counterfeit $1 bill in the register at his business on First Street Southeast Wednesday.
