MOULTRIE — The C.A. Gray Technology Club represented C.A. Gray Jr. High very well at the Colquitt County Tech Fair Jan. 21. Several Technology Club students will be advancing to the State Tech Fair in Macon. Winners include: Brooke McClelland, 2nd place multimedia; Catalina Arnett, 1st place non-animated graphics; Joe Hill, 1st place multimedia applications; team of Sean Passmore and Rosie Cooper, 1st place Web 2.0 internet applications; team of Katie Allegood and Tyler Floyd, 1st place video editing; Rosie Cooper, 2nd place tech literacy, and Sean Cooper, 1st place tech literacy. Tifton pediatrician named associate dean for SW Ga. campus
Dr. C. Granville Simmons, an established educator and pediatrician from Southwest Georgia, has been named campus associate dean for the Southwest Georgia Clinical Campus of the Medical College of Georgia, the state’s public medical school. Simmons starts his new duties June 11.
