A reader writes: "To Out of Control: The same thing goes on in Norman Park. You are not alone. We also have to fill out a form to be able to speak at a City Council meeting, and if they don't want the subject brought up in the meeting, one of the members will discuss the problem with you before the meeting. So, don't feel alone, we have the same problem here. At least you have police protection!" Read more rants and raves in Wednesday's Moultrie Observer.
