The following deaths were reported to The Moultrie Observer Saturday: Paul Hiers, 83, of Norman Park; Noeli Paulino Cosme, infant daughter of Paula Paulino Cosme; Jean Hall Lieurance, 65, of St. Marys, Ga.; and James H. Williams Sr., 67, of Moultrie.
